Also I want produce myself on other things that you’ve wrote while I was writing. I’ll come back to it later
Is this about the Leopards? Also German vehicles are an very small minority of vehicles comparing to Italian vehicles, some even have differences like the Stug III G. Throwing away most of the Italian vehicles to slot into Germany (which also would see losses of German vehicles and other nations slotted in Italy) seems very short sighted. Also not everyone plays top tier.
Neither nations need Poland. That’s the thing. Poland would be better in a new tree with Czechoslovakia rather than either crammed into a large tree or breadcrumbed.
The update is widely regarded as rushed. Also one of the dev streams said that the nations not getting a spaa this update would receive one next update iirc.
Also you want Swedish vehicles in Germany? Germany is probably one of the last trees that needs ground reinforcements and wouldn’t need any Swedish or Finnish aircraft.
That with the whole Israel to USA and China to USSR really speaks volumes.
No it’s not. And don’t blame me when you misrepresent that the tree has more original than it actually is based on such arbitrary feelings. Further, if orange designates a completely original polish vehicle, why does it include the M1a1 FEP?
Dude are you being serious?
Yes, but even low/mid-tier italy is primarily composed of copy-paste vehicles from other nations. Italy’s own domestic contributions to its own tree are few and far between, and are not sufficient to stand alone. Note- if they wanted to add a mediterranean tree that had enough domestic vehicles to work, that would be fine.
Sure, things like the STRV 121s and 122s should have gone to Germany because they are just leopards with slight changes. They didnt need to add a bunch of copy-paste swedish vehicles. I dont see whats controversial about that.
There’s a reason that this community is thank fully not in charge of the game, tech tree’s will be added in 2026 no point arguing about what is copy & paste compared to what we have in game, time to start comparing which potential tech tree’s will be the least copy & paste.
Sweden may not be the most unique in ground, but the air is superior compared to Germany’s in originality.

I remember when the German tech tree situation was so bad that they were practically begging for the Polish F-16 to be added before the Euro Fighter.
Sure Italian air has problems but it still has a lot of unique aircraft. There’s also the issue of vehicles developed by multiple nations

On ground however
“Italy’s own domestic contributions to its own tree are few and far between, and are not sufficient to stand alone”
Be fr now
This doesn’t even show the naval tree btw
(Forgot to scratch the zsu-23-4v, M109G, P-47 and zsu-57-2 point still stands)
Also note that Hungary has most of the copy and paste, a subtree widely regarded as the lowest effort one due to the available options from Hungary.
And the other original Swedish/Finish vehicles? Or is this just exclusivity for a vehicle with actual gameplay differences to another? Germany has plenty of its own leopard 2s and 1s to get.
Sweden was a net plus because it added a batch of new vehicles and modifications without costing anyone else any tree slots. Same with a PL-CZ (and maybe UKR) tree, same with LATAM, same with Yugoslavia.
- beacsue it was given to Poland
- Cuz technicly is a new uniqe vehicle
- for a fact I know its basicly the same as AIM yet it kinda difers from AIM so technicly its not copy paste
I cant argue with people who say that the Abrams is a 100% Polish vehicle with no counterpart in the game.
He… never claimed it was a 100% polish vehicle
Even if it’s a small mod, it can easily be changed to blue
Also bold to say that when you claimed Poland was direct part of the USSR
Pre war vehicles are all unique. The air tree is unique until about mid rank 3.
During the communist times there were plenty of unique vehicles made in Poland and in collaboration with czechoslavokia (SKOT, TOPAS).
Matter of fact, SKOT served as a sort of basis for many modern APCs like the Stryker and others
I doubt you did any research, and additionally this tech tree is rather small than what it could be and would be more realistic for the devs. I have a much larger ground and air tree that has plenty of unique vehicles, more than most minor nations.
Also by your logic the UK should’ve gone to America due to all the lend lease vehicles and US cold war vehicles.
Or Germany to the USSR with all the east German jets
Yup, he has no logic whatsoever
When I’m arguing with 5 different people the points get mixed up.
Anyways, you were pretty generous with your assessment of what constituted a domestic contribution. Fixed that for you:
Also yeah, Germany does have some air issues, but Italy has some ground issues. Instead of making two different trees they should have just been combined to let the trees play off of each lthers strengths.
You crossed out the OF-40, a purely for Italian design. You also crossed out unique Hungarian tanks.
M47/105 I would say is pretty unique
Also unlike other nations Italy’s tech tree can be heavily expanded with unique vehicles at all tiers, the devs just chose not to.
Please do more research
Here is my Italian top tier lineup, it’s completely unique. Not many other minor nations can say that
Both nations still have several domestic options, hence Italy doesn’t need to go under Germany.
Also pray tell which other tree the ww2 Hungarian tanks are found. You did say copy paste from other nations.
Further more some have domestic changes. I understand that our views on copy paste vary but still.
What business does Germany have with the S.81, L3/33, Re 2000, Cm52, Centauro, Breda trucks, P.108s, SM.79 series and G.55 (among many more)?
Same with the USSR with China and Israel with the USA.
I didn’t said that, I said it was given to poland.
