War Thunder was plane only game when they came out. so the iconic plane that in WW2 pacific side’s the Zeros. it’s one of the nation when the Ground battle not yet exist, so it make sense
I just wish the would fix the damn seeker being mostly off screen an not aligned with the cross hairs, which not only makes it hard to aim as the seeker is not where you think it should be but is so high that when you lock a low flying aircraft the launchers are pointed at the ground, so you have to hope it holds lock while you aim back up into the air so the missile doesn’t just plow into the dirt.
Other than that, it’s range limited but really good against anybody dumb enough to fly in close.

I disagree about this part. We sold planes to South Africa, and South Africa bought many planes from the world, both copy-paste-ish ones(Mirage III as an example) and unique-ish ones. (Cheetah as an example)

Why? Japan was not a heavy tank country. They didnt manage to build even one working fully finished machine. Their tree focuses on different type of machinery - the cardboard mobile boxes with powerful cannons (well apart fron rank 1). Its what makes it unique.

Well it isnt the main contributor for sure, but as we can see it also is one of them. When the ASEAN tree was suggested it was asians who argued more if that country should be added to it or not. When the devs stated their plans for subtrees, it also were asians who were most violent in language.

Alot of the copy pasted chinese aircraft and copy pasted japanese tanks would be removable.
Now, yes, 9.3 - 10.3 wont change much, however it’s still a major improvement.
Even if Gajin was a somewhat reasonable company who could revert bad changes, the playerbase would still stop it from happening.

In my opinion, the most frustrating thing is that for 1799 days (!) no Japanese ww2 aircraft has been added to the tech tree in the game. The same goes for ground vehicles. For 1799 days (!) no native Japanese ground vehicle has been added. This shows that Gaijin hate Japan.
