I mean Strela is the most iconic 10.3 SAM, and with 3.5 km range IR missiles and no radar, I don’t think they are really equal, plus I want a BR extension so that they could be separate BR and top tier could be less compressed.
Those guns are actually what makes the Tunguska so strong compared with the Roland and bolide missile variants. Definitely 10.7 material, even with ‘only’ 8 km range
I think 2S6 should go 11.0 personally, I mean that is where type 81C sits with 8km range no radar and no gun.
Designer: How many smoke launchers you want?
Polish government: Yes.
Heres a collection of most but not all vehicles used in/from Indonesia
no surviving photographs but was mentioned to have been operated:
- M4A1
- M4A3 (105)
New Singaporean suggestion was approved:
The Terrex s5 Trooper: Digital Age Kris - Suggestions / Ground - War Thunder — official forum
Added a related Suggestions Lists in the first Post, replacing the old one, in Thailand Thread, as well.
thanks sexy boy
Are you intentionally avoiding the subtree posts? There is no specific post for any single Thai helicopter, but a Thai heli-subtree was passed, along with the other subtree posts for Thailand, Indonesia, & Singapore.
Not to mention the Thai AV-8S Matador, VN-1, & VT-4.
Sub-Tree’s are already listed in the OP.
JASDF F-2s stopover in Singapore on their way to India.
I forgot to put this here as well, but heres the current planned revision for the Indonesian Ground Forces suggestion. Its not final though and things may change in the future
Hello I would like to add these Philippine Vehicles that I managed to get suggestions to be posted:
There are also some more suggestions that have been up from other authors:
Jacinto-class corvette BRP Artemio Ricarte (PS-37) - Peacock of Modernization
I made one comment (back when I was dumb so I thought it was like a suggestion - didnt have time to actually get the suggestion to be passed just yet):
There’s a photo of M4A3(105) operated by the Indonesian Marines.
I’ve never seen the M4A1 in Indonesian service though, and the Dutch also didn’t use them in Indonesia. The only one that does use them was the British Indian Army.
yeah this was already discussed in the comments of the sub-tree page
relating to naval stuff though, for Indonesia I’m planning on remaking the KRI Irian (Sverdlov-class) Suggestion for the new forum since the original author is inactive (at least i think, its been a year since theyre online) and they haven’t re-suggested it.
It’s a shame theres barely any suggestion since there’s quite a few of ships that can be suggested, especially for the coastal stuff
(BRs are obviously only temporary)
heres a brief list incase any of you want to suggest them
List
Bluewater:
RI Siliwangi(201)
Soviet, Skory-class destroyer/Project30bis, ex-Volevoy
KRI Martha Kristina Tiahahu(331)
British, Tribal-class frigate, Ex-HMS Zulu
RI Irian(201)
Soviet, Sverdlov-class cruiser, ex-Ordzhonikidze
Coastal:
RI PP 01
British, Harbour defence motor launch, ex dutch
RI Pulau Rani(701)
Soviet, T43-class/Project 254M & 254K
RI Ular Laut
[no photos]
Soviet, Project 191M, very obscure but 12 units were obtained in 1963
RI Samadikun(341)
American, Claud Jones-class destroyer escort, Ex-USS John R. Perry, the guns were changed to the soviet 37mm V11M and 2M3 25mm
RI Ngurah Rai(344)
American, Claud Jones-class destroyer escort, Ex- USS McMorris, standard us armament, unlike the Samadikun
I was planning to make the suggestion for either Samadikun or Martadinata, but I couldn’t find photos of their aft superstructure with Soviet guns. I don’t think the side diagram found on “Jane’s Fighting Ships” are enough to accurately portray the mounting location for the those guns.
Also, no offense to the original author, but that old suggestion of RI Irian is bad. There aren’t any actual photos of the ship in that suggestion. If you need any additional photos of it, you can DM me.
Added new Suggestions to the main List;
- Singapore
- Leopard 2SG (Late)
- Primus SSPH-1
- Indonesia
- REO M35 (M55)
- Alvis Saladin
- Alvis Saladin (Type-160T)
- Malaysia
- Alvis Scorpion 90
- Su-30MKM
