They only got 2 built so far again the amount of stuff Russia has thats literally prototypes aka kh38mt which has never been in active service
Okay but has Japan used any of these prototypes in a configuration that has weaponry? Then sure, make a suggestion for those. But just having the chassis means nothing if they don’t use a specific configuration as a prototype or in service.
You can pretty much bring Type 89 IFV to top tier since it does have better cannon than the Type 25 RCV (P) and Type 24 ICV (P). Just because one nation has proper vehicle to be in top tier doesn’t mean other needs it. It seems that you made the mess here, purposely derailing the topic by mentioning:

There’s no innovation adding a finnish vehicle to the japanese tech tree, even if it’s operated by said nation. First domestic designs, then imports, as last resort for content. And yes, Type 89 IFV 35 mm APDS can and will be more effective than any other 30 mm found in the japanese tech tree, and should be more suitable to deal with targets like Terminator, though it won’t be any easier.
Name me a another nation with no IFV at top tier BR with ATGMS too

Ahh yess 35mm against side relict ERA spall liners a faster firing 30mm with two cannons with 450 rounds each better thermals better atgms and even tanks struggle to kill it. I guess i should just aim better right?
