Yes, ans sometimes not activating at all.
Still, worse (if still not corrected) are helis, where the horizon line actually rotates when looking to the side (!!!).

One more report for France was thinking of opening and found it is reported. F8E Cockpit EEGS is not working.
Community Bug Reporting System
Yeah added that one last night, asked a tech mod to bump it and similar reports for the MiG-23’s and MiG-21 Bison EEGS.
Honestly this is straight up nonsense that these bugs just get flat out ignored. You introduce the new AH-1Z HUD system a few updates back and its been without a CCIP rocket reticle for cockpit view ever since. The Oh-58 Kiowa was working perfectly fine until you touched it and gave it a cockpit. You think you can give it its cockpit aiming reticle back now? Like honestly wtf are you guys even doing to fix all these my god its getting old after months and months and months of no response at all. Unacceptable period.
oh hey, thats mine :D
there is another bug which i discovered when reporting the EEGS one, and thats if you turn off sight in the F-8E, it will do this
Sea Harriers are missing everything HUD wise.
Is this one already covered (AV-8B NA))?
Discrepancies between HUD and MFD RWS display, HUD already showing ghost contacts when spawning…
Harriers are also missing ATA modes.
Like the funnel gunsight seen on A10.
Added to the list
Also added this one
Much appreciated :)
Wow, this post showed me some issues that I didn’t even know I was missing lol.
Congrats, you will never un see it XD
I am not sure anything is actually functionally correct about the Harriers in game.
The AV and GR harriers are also missing their ATA gunsight modes.
Checking the DEV server, the F-18 pilot is sitting to low, everything in the middle of the HUD, as usual…
And biggest joke is they ask 80USD, same as DCS module, for this shit…
Literately they do have head alignment markers in top RH corner of the HUD.
In DCS you can just bring up your seat by buttons…
In WT too.
As to the new Hornet, I’m absolutely thrilled about the HUD: For the very first time, Gaijin has implemented a perfectly working Flight Path Marker and also the horizon/attitude bars work very well!
What I’m not thrilled about however are the MFD’s which aeem very incomplete (only radar, map and TGP), and are wrongly arranged: By default the middle usually shows the MAP / HSI in the real Hornet, the other two MFD’s (or DDI’s as they are called in the Hornet) varous pages depending on mode and selection.
All can be overriden and configured as desired, but that’s the default.
Wait, what…? There is a seat height adjustment so I don’t need to do it within the head tracking software?
