Why no Su27S flanker at 13.0 yet?

Oh do you? Please, enlighten me if you know so much more than me. :)

Here you go:

not like you didnt see this before, btw I’ve tested it since… also can personally confirm… it does exactly what they say it does… any other experienced player will repeat the same

That is a statement. Does a statement ensure the fact? Because I have yet to see that be a thing. I have sat with the seeker head on for 10-15 secs and fired, and still nothing. No further range than 1.0 miles distance.

Have you even used an R-73?

you just showed that you have no clue what the seeker FOV thing means, just like he said

Nah never have actually, I’ve barely played any vehicles with it even.

That’s my profile sorted by games played…

Seeker fov closes onto the target to prevent flaring from occuring.

and since when was that effective in head ons?

It wasn’t a head on? It was rear aspect… nor did I ever once indicate that I was talking about a head on…

It’s funny because even in head ons I’ve had a ton of success firing close range r73s, because they DO reject flares in that aspect, but as you said it is still the WORST CASE SCENARIO for the missile and he’s acting like because he sometimes gets them flared off in that aspect that the missile wasn’t doing its job

you very much did

u sure

Can you read?

“The seeker head on” you know? Aam in seeking mode??? Actively looking for a target???

surely the problem lies with everyone else and not with you for writing your message in that way

The density is outrageous.

THE AAM WAS IN SEEKING MODE. Happy?

Because I have a different manner of speech? Or I have higher comprehension?

I didn’t put a period there for a reason.

there are atleast 2 people who missunderstood your message surely everyone else besides you is just to stupid to form a logical sentence

especially since “head on” is a term that is relevant for missiles

Well let me be as specific and, terminology correct as possible for those whom cannot understand.

I engaged the R-73’s seeker head (on) in a rear aspect shot locking on a fleeing target at a distance of roughly 0.75 miles - 1.0 miles. After the seeker head was on for roughly 10-15 seconds. I launched the R-73 and, after a period of time, the anti air missile had miraculously missed, without the target flaring one time.

Because R-73s are terrible and clearly do not work as intended.

so why are you complaining about the IRCCM?
because that is clearly not your damn issue

the issue lies whith you if you think you need to launch the missile at those ranges rear aspect

Because even on slightly side aspect shots with already fired R-73s less than 0.2 miles from target decides to go for flares. If you’d like, I can record footage to show you.

The irccm works poorly, and the R-73 works about just as well as an R-60, except it turns harder.

sure thing

all iam hearing is massive amounts of cope just becasue you dont know how and when to use the missile
