He has managed to rack up a 1:5 k/d (1 kill per 5 deaths like wtf) in the tied best jet in the game, while it is still the tied best.
I agree that fighter base bombing can help people when burnt out, but if you base your entire playstyle off of it then you maybe shouldn’t be playing air at all

I said I would equip the most missiles as possible. The only reason I’m currently not doing in the eurofighter is because I haven’t unlocked 2000lbs and the missiles mod yet

Even though both Tornado or F-111 are awful fighters bc they are attackers.
when enemies are threatening allies badly in a dogfight, while those allies are within our range.

There’s a reason I asked for 250-2 fire bombs, so I can equip the PL-5B meanwhile be faster.
if you need to choose one of
- Bombs, which is not enough to destroy a single base.
- 4 meta missiles, which is good enough for slaughtering enemies in downtier.
Choosing a missile is a more convincing option.

Never seen this in my life where other players think they can tell other players how to play a video game.
Also this team play you all talk about is just delusion. Nobody play this game like a team.
For example you can ping on map what base you want and you will get comment “Who comes first its his” , you can ask for help but I wont see it since Im doing 20 g and falling aslep while dodging 20 radar missiles in frist 2 min of play, and you expect people to play this for win, naaaah. Im taking fighter jet, puting bombs and napalm, not carrying missiles, minimum fuel and I dont care if I win or you get killed or I dont know what… Simple as that.
You guys expect too much from players and nothing from Devs.
Devs can resolve this by mking multiplys on Fighter jets for kiling enemys not bases, but until they do that, Im gonna play this game however I want, bombing in fighterjets and leaving after on death in ground, and all you can do i make posts about this.

If it didn’t affect us, we wouldn’t care.
However the act of base bombing in a strategically useful aircraft (especially the META premiums like J-7D) is directly a detriment to the team, not only does it prevent bombers/attackers from fulfilling their role, it also decreases the likelihood of winning since your main fighters are not recieving support due to said support flying in a straight line with only bombs equipped

I really love to do futile resistance in dogfight against enemy F-4S in my Tornado IDS, while allied MiG-23ML just rushes to base faster than me and just throws two ZB500 on it.
and also loves to be blamed as ‘You flies Tornado, you are no better than him. you are also dead weight to us.’

I choose to use the loadout because it is just more reliable for my particular use case.
I genuinely cannot tell if it’s ragebait or not.
Like one would think that he must be baiting. No intelligent, self-aware human being would hold such opinions, let alone even think about voicing them publicly if not to bait.
And yet the stats don’t lie. He has played hundreds of games in a IRIAF with a 0.5 kd. One could fly that plane using only one’s toes and still get a better kd ratio. It’s way too elaborate to be merely bait.
I’m at a loss.

Usually, taking missiles is more reliable than taking nothing but bombs.

ON MY BOMB PYLON FOR TORNADO IDS
Then I will happily be armed with 6x PL-5B + 2x AIM-9L
rather than go for 5x 1000lb + 2x AIM-9L
Because, players like you who queued with MiG-23ML and armed with 2x ZB500 will always go faster to the base than my Tornado.

Just curious, did you bomb base with your F-14A, via using 12x 500lb Mk.82?
Yes, I bombed with the F-14 IRIAF. F-4EJ KAI and F-14 IRIAF were my first planes in air rb and i focused on targeting ground and bombing bases.

my solution to the fighters bombing bases is wuite radical - significantly nerf rewards (and maybe increase them for dedicated strike aircraft), or straight up remove bombs from fighters in ARB
