Why is using a high quality computer with better internet that gives you an advantage NOT cheating but setting graphic quality low IS cheating?

Because high graphics doesn’t remove half the terrain and allow me to snipe people I wouldn’t see otherwise. Only ULQ does that and therefore, it’s sanctioned cheating.

You use the word cheating but it does not apply.
And you are free to adjust your settings to whatever you like.

Xbox do not have same options, its decided for us
Console players be they Xbox or PlayStation don’t even have many options at all for adjusting graphics.
Even the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 have the hardware where running the game on ULQ isn’t necessary anyways for performance.
It’s not my problem that some third worlder is trying to run WT on Windows Vista, because obviously they’re too broke to upgrade even if they wanted to. What is my problem is other people running $2K+ rigs running ULQ just for the sake of having the advantage.
That’s why I call it sanctioned cheating. It is infact cheating yet Gaijin allows it. I don’t give 2 damns about your disagreement because by technicality it is cheating.
Which is precisely why I want it removed completely.
OR.
The only compromise I will accept is a function put into the game that functions with the auto-detect hardware settings that blocks ULQ from hardware that is read as completely capable of running the game on medium-high settings as a minimum standard. Thus, only the truest of the broke gang would be able to utilize ULQ.
Would be the fairest compromise there is. The potatoes will still get to play.

He just uses ‘ULQ’ argument to get the discussion off the ‘CAS’ issue. Nothing new.
Not to mention that even if ULQ got removed, nothing would change.
I am playing on movie graphics with trees and grass at low can see as clearly as on ulq as trees do not render from further ranges
