I am going to reiterate a suggestion I made much earlier in the thread.
Tank Only advocates need to do more than just whinge on the forums. Gaijin has made it repeatedly clear that you’re not getting TO, and this thread is allowed to exist just to contain you and be ignored.
If you want to change their minds their minds you need to show real results and thats why I suggest you band together and form a dedicated group of custom lobbies that do not have planes.
When Gaijin sees that there’s a handful of custom lobbies that are routinely full of players because of a lack of planes it might get them to reconsider their position. At the very least it will provide you with the plane-free experience you’re craving. It would not be difficult to do either, start a steam group/discord server/or even just start a new thread for it here on the forum. Anyone can make a custom lobby and set it to copy GRB rules but not allow planes. Less talk, more action.

Yes, I am not a youtuber, I don’t record every second of my gameplay. There’s no point to recording the same thing on a different map 10 times, it brings nothing new to the funny little 30sec clips I often send my friends.

No , it still doesn’t help you in anyway or form. If you have experienced CAS at all tier it will help bolster your point and bigger understanding. But all you have is WW2 vehicle being spammed and barely experience at cold war and the newest stuff. You have not experienced everything there is to the game yet making loud and bold claim. Top tier and low tier ground while it is not that different but the CAS department sure make it one hell of an unfair fight. I use SPAA a lot, and I use respawns a lot.
It’s nothing to do with ‘fair’ it’s only unfair because you think you were hard done by, for being killed. It’s part of the game and if you can’t handle it, that’s not the games fault.

I do actually want your thoughts on the idea of close-ish low altitude airspawns, with the airfields being further back.

I do play Germany though and I do take those lower end SPAAs into matches because they are the filler for my main SPAA…

Jet can cover the whole map , where to hide then big brain. Not to mention some of the top tier map are OPEN. There is no way to hide from CAS

As Britain, you either fly CAP or torture yourself using SPAA that’s not viable for the map and objective design due to planes flying at 800 km/h, have rocket ranges at ~2 km out and there’s a bunch of auto-cannon IFVs rolling around that can one tap you if you leave spawn.
It’s not fair. It’s objective not fair by definitions this game provides - 5.3 in a 7.7-8.7 environment.
All my jet kills (SK60B, f84s, me262s) were from catching them while they were glide bombing at low altitude while hiding against a rock (since I got zero gun depression to the front, I try to hide my front to avoid strafes from that angle. This has the wonderful consequence that my lack of reverse speed and turn rate make me super vulnerable to flankers.)

They’re flying past at least 600kmh, and they’re passing the field at any rate, so trying to find you isn’t a straight forward ‘They see me’…
