Honestly, those reporting you should be denied reporting abilities…
This is where those that have trouble with airfield campers, but no trouble about abusing report are the genuine bad players.
Don’t worry about it though, if you didn’t do the other 2, then the passive behavious isn’t going to get you as the moderators will check.
Again, those who abuse report, such as this, need to be denied reporting abilities.

So you admit to team killing intentionally and to use of foul language in the past.
Passive behaviour is a grey area
You only get banned if a GM reviews a report and sees clear evidence of an offense however. Reports are only actioned when there is reason to do so…but you are warned if you get a load of reports.
You missed the point where he said that he’d been chat banned for over 2 years, so there’s no way they could’ve been using foul language in the game.

Your TKing issue, will get you in trouble… Don’t retaliate for others, as 2 wrongs don’t make a right.
Also, I don’t know for sure, but if there’s reports left from last time you were reported, a batch of reports will then make that message come up, leaving that one present.
I’d push up the line to ask what the reports were.
The amount of reports does not matter, only what they contain.
If people are repeatedly falsely reporting you then they will be punished as it is against the rules to continuously send false reports.
That warning is only there to make players take a step back and reflect on their actions, if they have done nothing wrong then they have nothing to worry about. If they have broken the rules they will get punished. Simple as that.

This is THEIR Game and there is no right to free speech. You are a teamkiller in your own explanation so no one likes you. The warring is is not all of them, but could be one person that complained 10 times over you team killing. This is a generic warning letting you know 10 complaints were given.

Imho you ask the wrong question.
The correct question would be:
Why does gaijin not revoke the right to complain permanently when somebody is making false accusations? I mean complaining about foul language if the guy has a chat ban is defamation and easy to verify by gaijin.
Just saying, when I had a few squadrons false-report me, nothing got done about them at all. Kept doing it all the time because I merely contradicted thier squadron commander in knowledge of keen vision of all things…
So any time I talked in chat thier members would activate.

Again - how do you know false reporting is punished? Gaijin don’t have an endless number of staff to check such things. You are just surmising. I will admit to plenty of “passive” behaviour simply because I know how to survive where the less experienced rush in and get killed (it’s the joystick player in me - we have wobbly aim and imperfect energy sapping turning so unfortunately we have to fly more cautiously).
Some people just expect you to rush at them in a B25 when there’s 4 ITPSs heading your way. If they can’t figure out a way to win with superior force then that’s their problem. Passive behaviour should not be a thing.
I confirm that, i got this message some 2 weeks ago when i was playing the SU34 and getting tons of kills, enemy team got angry on chat and i taunted them to make them more angry, but accidently killed a teammate with the 3K GPS bomb, then the people of the enemy team took advantage of it and started asking people from both teams to report me for TK and i got the message i received many reports in a short time for TK and Foul Language too, but no penalty since it was accidental TK and i rarely cause TKs, for the FL i didnt say anything overly offensive, just a few taunts so i didnt get chat timed out either.
Conclusion: If TKs happen occasionaly and are mostly accidental, i doubt you will get actioned, but if you TK with a certain regularlty, they will see on the reports being quite consident and may consider harsher pernalties.
FL might have been added just to put weight on the report of TK, can’t say for sure.
How would you ever know? We cannot disclose punishments of other users and punishments are not public (unless permanently banned).
Perma bans are a lazy cop out. Means they can forget about you if you are deemed to have gone too far.
And it also depends entirely on when has decided to ban you. I actually thought I was helping to quell these tking idiots by raging at them. Apparently not.
Exactly my point doctor. Especially if you get hounded by 4 or so squadron members. I think the problem is that nothing has seen to have been done. Therefore you just don’t know if something has.
Because it kept happening, and it was ruthless… I gave up pursuing it because it was just wasting my time.
Because it is literally part of my tasks to do so. Game Masters are the ones dealing with most reports that are not for Cheating or Teamkilling, (i might be forgetting categories).

I was aware of the rules, but this is does not answer the question.
The question was regarding revoking the right to complain, and not about temp bans regarding game access.
There are also rules which shall prevent team killing, but we have in the pinned team killing thread an example (150 team kills in a few weeks) which shows that having rules and actually enforcing them is not the same.
That is why it’s “up to” permanent, it’s not the first choice. Most players gets plenty warnings before anything permanent happens (depending on severity), you should know this if you are permanently chat banned as you say.
