Unable to play game due to negative GE.Has anybody else had this?

Hi

I play on an X Box account only and I logged on yesterday to find myself 341,000 negative GE.I have received no refund of money but I am unable to play the game.I am told this is a bug.I just wondered if it is something that other X Box users have had.I wonder how you can resolve it.I have had no luck from the ticket raised as they tell me to log on using X Box but I only play X Box and oblivious log on using X Box as I have nothing else.

It implies I had a refund but I have not.

This is a bug, I would contact support if I were you.

Contact Gaijin support. They handle the monetary transactions. This isn’t the first time it’s happened.

I understand it is not resolved, but having 4 topics on it does not help. Mods are volunteers not quite the 24/7 support expected of them in replying.

have you tried logging out completely out of the account and then back in?
restarted console?

also, don’t create more topics on the same subject.

No they are not

Yes they are. There are of course the “head” Mods that are affiliated with Gaijin, but most are not. They help due to their passion for the game and generally level headed attitude (exceptions exist).

And you still do not need 4 topics on same question, do you? Two created by the same player after two already existed that they even replied to!

I sympathise with the issue of course and hope they reverse this major error regarding consoles.

Yes they are, only the CM’s are Gaijin employees everyone below them are volunteers.

If you know the Mod directly responsible for this error then why not tell the OP?

Yes we are. Everyone below Community Manager is a volunteer. Even the Senior Mods.

I just wanted to know if I was going about reporting this the right way or even if it was a bug.Am I the only one having this issue and has somebody fraudulently asked for a refund from my account.I was up to this point getting nowhere fast.I was not sure this was even the bug in question.If it’s common then fine but until now I had no Idea.

If it is a bug then why not report it as a bug to the forum?
They should sort it out ,I am not responsible for sorting out bugs.

If it is a financial issue I want to know if I am being hacked.If it is common and nothing to worry about then fine. This forum might as well be used for something useful

For your interest ,Smin has been brilliant but if it is a bug then all I can do is issue a ticket it seems but I need to know it is a bug and I am not making an ass of my self if I somehow demanded a refund or accidentally did something else.

In three years I have had zero issues of this nature and I will admit I have little knowledge of how to deal with complaints as a result.I do know much more now.

I wonder if the 341,000GE is the actual amount of GE I have spent? Be shocking if it is
: ) Oh well.We will see whether I lose the lot and have to start again.

They have admitted to an error but as you asked in another thread it has not been resolved by logging off and on again.

No way is it your fault (see first comment) and appears the “fix” has not fully worked, so I presume it is an on going problem they are aware of.

As I mentioned about Mods I don’t think they are able to answer as quickly as you’d like so I understand the “worry” and need for some sort of information.

Well I am a little more adept at this problem solving lark with Gaijin so I am going to shut up and see what happens.

You’re not adept at reading as the solution was to log in with your console… And if you can’t do that, then hit up support.

Relogin to your game on your console

I have to log on to my console otherwise I would not know I could not play the game.
I only play on console.I have no game on PC.
Why is everybody suggesting this? I must be missing something.I have not migrated my Acc to PC.

There’s a bug with purchase authorization and you have to re-log into your game on console for it to re-authorize all your purchases

I thank you for your input but you are saying this and the Ticket person is saying this and I am logging in and out but nothing changes.

If I got a fat juicy return of 341,000 GE on my Paypal I might accept it but I have no game or no refund of any kind.Looks like my Battle Pass dreams have ended : )

I fail to see how I can be the only person to have this issue and I am wondering what the hell I have done as much as Gaijin to be honest.I just wondered if somebody else on here is having the same issue or cured it.Maybe I need a real idiots guide or something.Any other way of logging of on X box X? What obvious thing am I missing here.
