What is it with all the bug reports of people saying they are negative golden eagles or missing planes? im guessing this is either a bug or people have used dodgy cards to buy eagles? wouldnt you just ban them instead? very interesting. ideas or theory anyone?.
As far as i have seen the issue is with xbox accounts on PC.
so maybe some kind of glitch in the system ?
This happened to me yesterday. I use my xbox account on pc so when I deleted war thunder and reinstalled it, it said I have -6,100 golden eagles when I have never purchased anything before.

This is indeed a bug. All players need to do is login via their consoles and the account will be restored properly.

support always tells me to log in to my xbox even though I no longer have it, not to mention that my is6 is missing
I saw that my is6 is missing, even though I didn’t ask for a refund and as I said to support I no longer have an Xbox console
Mine has been down a long time now.Everybody keeps telling me to log on with my X box when I only play on xbox.
Support told me the same and I said no that’s not a fix and now they got back to me telling me to wait.Nothing yet.I don’t see how the players should be responsible for fixing a bug.

I PM’d Smin and he has been great as usual but he is a forum manager and cant do much more than he has by directing me to support.
Still waiting for support so we will see.
