Negative GE BUG XBOX ,Any Fixes?

Does anybody have a fix for this Negative GE bug? I am showing 341,000 negative and I cant play as a result.Anybody else having this issue and know how to fix it?

It’s a general bug, I suggest you go to support quickly as possible.

Thanks I have done support.Its tricky on xbox I just hope I did it correctly.I have time running out on bonuses and was trying to do battle pass other wise it would not worry me so much.

I just dont know what Smin means by this.I have logged in and out a number of times and it nothing changes .I would love a refund equating to 341000 GE : )

since i’m not on console i don’t know either. it’s just the only answer i’ve seen about it on the forum.

Means you need to login to your WT account on an actual Xbox to rectify the bug.

If you have and the bug is still persisting, then submit a ticket to support.

What do you mean by that exactly?

Get an Xbox or Playstation.

Download War Thunder.

Login your war thunder account on the console game.

Issue should be fixed.

The issue apparently is only affecting accounts that migrated from a console to pc, so logging into the account on the console-side is supposed to fix it.

If you do that and the issue still persists than submit a ticket to Gaijin through the support portal.

I am on X Box .Its not only PC it is effecting.

Then submit a support ticket. I can’t break it down anymore barney-style than I already have. Good luck.
