Topic about Japan adds T-84 and VT-4

Chinese players support these countries because they form their own TT through their alliance. We merely object to the addition of Chinese vehicles to Japan, especially since this was considered on a sensitive date.

All players are equal, but some players must not be “more equal” than others.

This issue is actually very simple: Gaijin can choose to add the Thai VT4 to the Japanese tech tree in a future update, or they can choose not to do so, or take some other approach. The former would cause dissatisfaction among some Chinese players, while the latter would be unfair to Thai players and those who play the Japanese tech tree—regardless of the vehicle’s performance, a new vehicle that they could have had is being removed solely because some players are unhappy over reasons unrelated to the game. I believe this is something they cannot accept.

In any case, the decision lies in Gaijin’s hands, and I trust they will make a choice that serves Gaijin’s own interests.

That was from before china was a playable nation, similarly to how their are italian vehicles in the German TT (which are no longer playable) from before italy was a nation.

However, at this point in the game, it’s currently not really possible to remove such a major STT, as it’s literally makes up as much as the JP air tree as the JASDF at this point. Along with the way the game has progressed, to where the difference in removing high tier vehicles of one nation to put in somewhere else would be a much bigger feat in terms of the disrespect to the players time then it was back a few years ago. Asking people to regrind the thai STT in a new TT would be incredibly insulting to anyone who had already grinded out the thai STT in japan.

Is that a requirement?

The game does not support simply moving a STT from one nation to another, while carrying over a person’s progress, it’s just not possible. They would have to grind the new TT to unlock everything again.

The chinese TT already has multiple japanese props and ww2 tanks and you’re freaking out over them possibly getting an export tank in the future? Boy you wouldn’t be happy in Germany’s or Soviet’s shoes. Seriously how is this that big of a deal? You’re causing unnecessary “controversy” which I guess is your goal to stop them from getting the vehicle in the future.

Deferment I think is a good enough choice rather than outright dismissal. I personally can wait untill we got a rework on the subtrees before there is a Thai VT-4.

You are inducing us to discuss politics and then ban this post. You know very well what the cause of the problem you are talking about is.

Even if some bring prejudices or ill intentions , please refrain from political discussions. Thanks…

Because the historical relationship between China and Japan is more complex than you think. Think about how Russian players would react if Gaijin updated Germany on German captured tanks on Soviet Victory Day

They should add the VT-4 to the Thai ground sub-tree for japan because it’d be cool and more MBTs for japan (which at this point have reached mainly a dead end MBT wise) would be cool.

Hmmm well if my judgment is correct then if China can have Japanese tanks then I’m sure one Chinese/Thai tank should matter because if it is then that hypocrisy at it’s finest, just saying

As I see it personally, both call themselves China, therefore both are China so have them in the same TT, having content from both in the same line ups is rather enjoyable aswell.

In fact, this part of the vehicles originated from captures and aid. Therefore, there are sufficient reasons to add them to the tech tree.

Other TTs have exports too you know. You’ve taken a look at the European nations at all?

Most of China & Taiwan is just soviet & American exports

Technically you started all of this fuss, shouldnt have suggested that really well made Thai subtree suggestion lol Trollface

But the VT-4 has been exported to Thailand, so by that it’s no longer a Chinese operated tank it’s Thai operated and Thailand is a sub of Japan.

Moderation on special stickers, that well maybe a bit iffy on that one but please do be informed that there will be no VT-4 in the Japan TT this coming September update.
