The F-15C was already hands down the best plane in the game at BR 13.7 and the F-15E just eclipses it entirely. You could make an argument that the F-15C vs anyone else already wasn’t fair but this is just gross right now. I’m going to exploit it to spade mine but this needs to change fast.
I thought the J was the best one? The people I watch on YouTube who are the best in air prefer the J(JM? I can’t remember which letter).
The E is basically just a C but it never loses energy, it’s just a ridiculous addition imo.
Some people said it’s the best due to the AAM-4, which has better performance than the Aim-120 in closer ranges, and you can carry both. Although idk if it’s considered the best still

I love Japan, and I like having a full lineup in my U.S., but I’m really not looking forward to grinding another air tree with only 1 premium to help grind it. So I won’t have that plane for a long time prob.
That was before the most recent update. The J one was arguably better than the C by a marginal degree. Mostly due to AAM3s being slightly better AIM-9Ms and AAM4’s arguably being better than the AIM-120 within niche situations, and it had the option to carry both AIM120s and AAM4 so you could mix and match or just run your favorite. The F-15E and the new israeli one grossly eclipse the J. They never should have given the plane that 229 engine. Huge balance mistake. They slightly nerfed the engines earlier this week, but before that they were maintaining mach 2 speeds in 9G turns and now they’re still comfortably above mach 1 in the same extreme turns.
Maybe I should buckle in and grind it anyways before it’s nerfed away lol
It can pull more g’s, but I’d honestly just get the F-15E if you have the US already. It’s engines make it better than the F-15j(M). It doesn’t lose it’s energy.
I’m basically done with the U.S. I’m tired of prems. I’m averaging a 2+ kd in Japan. US I struggle to get 1.25-1.5 cuz teammates are absolutely shit. My pairings are better with Japan and I like the tanks more. So I want to stay with a tree I like. It’ll just mean inferior planes when I get up there… eventually… but I’m done with US and I only play GRB.
Honestly fair, US ground teams are beyond saving.

I only play the JM, and it’s marginally better than the C.
I carry 1x AAM3, 3x120, 4x AAM4 with it. I climb at altitude, drop all three Aim120 at 7000+m and around mach 1.5, then switch to AAM4 for mid range combat, and I keep the AAM3 in reserve in case I need it. It’s a very simple and efficient playstyle, I usually get at least 1 kill with the Aim120 and 1 or 2 more with the other weapons.
The biggest issue with the JM is that you often end up in the team facing the US (if it’s not mirrored matchmaking) so you often ends up on the losing team.
Still, the E is much better. The acceleration that thing get is just crazy even from the perspective of a F15C, and they can sustain mach 2 turns at high alt.
You have to mix and match aim120 and AAM4 on the F15J (M) anyway because it can only carry 4 AAM4 on the center pylons and nowhere else. You can’t go with all 8 pylons of them.
Russian planes are so OP the entire enemy team focuses me on the Su-24M because they know how crazy op it is
Well maybe if they didn’t have 9G at mach 2 it would be a bit more realistic, and balanced
