It can pull more g’s, but I’d honestly just get the F-15E if you have the US already. It’s engines make it better than the F-15j(M). It doesn’t lose it’s energy.
I’m basically done with the U.S. I’m tired of prems. I’m averaging a 2+ kd in Japan. US I struggle to get 1.25-1.5 cuz teammates are absolutely shit. My pairings are better with Japan and I like the tanks more. So I want to stay with a tree I like. It’ll just mean inferior planes when I get up there… eventually… but I’m done with US and I only play GRB.
Honestly fair, US ground teams are beyond saving.

I only play the JM, and it’s marginally better than the C.
I carry 1x AAM3, 3x120, 4x AAM4 with it. I climb at altitude, drop all three Aim120 at 7000+m and around mach 1.5, then switch to AAM4 for mid range combat, and I keep the AAM3 in reserve in case I need it. It’s a very simple and efficient playstyle, I usually get at least 1 kill with the Aim120 and 1 or 2 more with the other weapons.
The biggest issue with the JM is that you often end up in the team facing the US (if it’s not mirrored matchmaking) so you often ends up on the losing team.
Still, the E is much better. The acceleration that thing get is just crazy even from the perspective of a F15C, and they can sustain mach 2 turns at high alt.
You have to mix and match aim120 and AAM4 on the F15J (M) anyway because it can only carry 4 AAM4 on the center pylons and nowhere else. You can’t go with all 8 pylons of them.

F-4E RWR is post Vietnam War. SMT is 1971-1972.
Leading edge flaps and many other details.
So SMT wouldn’t be poor. R-60 in 1970 against aircraft without any flares. Or RWR.

My mistake, I assumed 29SMT in 1999 or 2000 is not so poor.
So 1992 onwards for F-16, F-15 AMRAAM. Goes to the Americans, but if FM is good then it is not terrible.

Yeah I mean US reign supreme in most department. Knowing what the Russian had after the fall of the union , they don’t have much to really stand a chance against US in like every department. But still in the game as of now the russian jet are pretty bad , to be polite. Might as well try to address this before the newer stuff got added

I kinda worry that’s what the new update will be, they’ll just widen the gap between Russian fighter jets and everyone else even more. Which I hope isn’t the case.
what else do people think a $800,000,000,000 defense budget gets you? everything else added is going to be American dominated. Gaijin already goes out of their way to nerf just about everything added into the game for the U.S and keeps the tech tree held back and at a higher B.R than everyone else.
