Simulator 12.7 - 13.0 Br bracket and 13.3 - 14.0+ br rating

Why would you care? No body plays red side 12.7 or 13.0 because they dont have team composition. They only have the j8f, f16mlu, mig29, and f4 Ice against all of Nato. Bringing the Su27 down would encourage red side players to play. Over the last 2 years i can only play all vs all nations if i want to play 13.0 or 12.7. There aren’t any red vs blue lobbies.

I still think we should have something like this:

Or, if extended to 14.3:

Especially 13.3. would still be a troubled spot, because of the small number of aircraft there, but that would regulate itself out by the community, as still 13.0’s will join also lobbies with 13.3 top, and if they don’t want to do that, well, 13.3. will have to wait for 13.7 rotations (which is still better than the 100% uptier to 14.0 they face currently.

Or make a permanent 12.3 - 13.0 bracket. Bring certain planes down to 13.0 due to performance like the Su27, J11, and Su33.

Then 13.3 always faces 14.0. It seems that the greater problem is over performing weapons and flight models at 14.0. The argument should be to nerf the Rafael and Eurofighter to match the more realistic gen 4 flight models it fights. Or we should give it a new br away from the realistic gen 4 flight models.

Or remove them from the game

If thats the case then why doesn’t red side play 13.0?

Or counter play with R27ET if the Su27 comes down to 13.0

Because they dont want to.
Theres no logical explanation on that

Team composition, there isn’t a plane worth flying on redside 13.0

Because you can also include a 11.3 to 12.3 bracket for them to play

Why should the f18, mirage200 s4/s5, or f14A fight Vietnam tier vehicles?

If you need that much of a crutch play power puff girls or my little poney.

Well firstly, the planes are not balanced by era/date of use, secondly your thinking makes no sense. Currently in ALL the different Br compositions, the planes with the lowest Br are at a disadvantage, that’s why it changes several times a week.

If I take the daily BRs from 9.0, we have 8.3-9.3, which makes 8.3 planes less playable because 9.3 planes are much better. Then we have 9.7-10.7, which makes 9.7 planes less playable because 10.7 planes are much better. Then we have 11.0-11.7, which makes 11.0 planes less playable because 11.7 planes are much better …

Every day and in all the different BRs, there are planes that are less good than the others. I don’t see why having games from 11.3-12.3 or 12.3-13.3 from time to time would change anything.

In each of the rotations you listed the bottom of the br is at least competitive except for 11.3 vs 12.3. In what way does an f5 beat or mig 23 beat a f18A. EM Diagram?

At 9.7 - 10.7 i can fly 10.0, alot of those aircraft compete well against the 10.7. Most of the trade offs to armament come with worth Flight models at those Br.

The biggest difference being counter measures the presence of MTI radar which is a pretty bad look down shoot down radar or Src radar.

I can get away with challenging most of 10.7 with a f8 or mig 21

What 10.3 stands any chance against a mig23?

Heck, I can think of several 11.3s that can barely fight mig23

That’s exactly the principle, in the Br 11.3 - 12.3 the F5 would not be able to compete with the planes in 12.3, just as in 11.0 - 12.0 a Mirage 3E cannot compete with a Tornado F3 or that in 9.3 - 10.3 an F3H cannot compete with a Mig-21

8.3 - 9.3 is broken because of the areiti mig 19, mig 17, certain 1970s aircraft being placed down at 9.7 doesn’t help either especially while give them missles from th 70s. There are greater issues with the game than the br brackets.

If thats the case then make a useful br for the f5. A br that challenges the player while also giving them a chance at enjoyable game play. The f5 biggest weakness is its armament most planes can separate from the fight and high energy due to speed. It doesnt have irccm so they escape free of charge. I think it personantly facing the jas37, mig 23 and mirage f1c is a fun fight. I make my money either way.

And yet these planes are not as strong when the Br is at their disadvantage, you need something for everyone, you cannot leave part of the planes in a position that makes them unplayable.

On the other hand, with a rotation, if I take the example of the F5 that you used above, we would have for example 10.3 - 11.3, which would make the F5 one of the best planes, then 10.7 - 11.7, which leaves the plane in a position of strength, then 11.0 - 12.0 which puts the plane in a position of weakness and finally 11.3 - 12.3 which would put the plane in a position of difficulty. There’s something for every level, from the absolute beginner to the expert who wants to take on much stronger planes.

The F5 would therefore be in an advantageous position 50% of the time and playable 75% of the time, and this by making planes in 12.3 playable 50% of the time whereas before it was only 25%.
