OTOMATIC is the worst because Gaijin keeps wanting it to retain APFSDS for some reason.
TOR is made to be an SPAA and counter CAS but the ADATS made to fight against heavy tanks but it’s now being used as an SPAA to fill the big gap.
Yeah the TOR is still inferior as a SPAA

OTOMATIC is pretty good against Tanks and CAS, i don’t remember its BR but i’d say its below 11.3.
I don’t know its missile capabilities but still the ADATS is still inferior.
The TOR is incapable of hitting targets within 5km or at low altitude since it launches as VLS with a significant delay to it being able to guide the missile its also still SACLOS so its unable to guide beyond 10km against moving targets

That’s the same thing for the ADATS, a target flying in 800km/h at low altitude within 5km the missile cannot hit it, a simple maneuver and the missile goes crazy and slow, but it can easily kill a BVM frontaly and 2A7 too, both of them need other SPAAs to fill their gaps since they’re super bad.
Honestly Z-19 even with the gimped TY-90s is miles better SPAA than Tor.

I haven’t played naval for six months, but it was my experience that Russia’s destroyers are better and Russia’s top tier coastal vessels are better than most if not all US destroyers.
I wonder how long that will last, and also you’re forgetting the R-27ER’s 1.5+ years of absolute dominance.
This is actually where I’d say the US is better.
Not really imo, and regardless Russia literally dominates from 7.0-9.0 (9.0 at least). Whether or not I win as an Italian player is about 75% dependent on whether I have Russia on my team.

1.5 year of R-27 dominance if you had less than two braincells. Cause everyone abused multipath so the 27ER was basically useless.
When i spawn in a Jet i totally fear this missile, its super good at hitting the target and doesn’t care about flares at all and the heli got 8 of them which is crazy.
Its far from being good as it used to be. Can flare it off easily now just like 9M if you preflare, or even get rid of it by doing barrel roll. F-5s excell at that for example, the lock range is also lower now, as is the range. Could lock at 8km before and fire,it would hit, now sub 4km shots barely hit.
Even if that was 100% true it doesn’t excuse how there was no equivalent added. Additionally, Russia also had the edge in dogfighting missiles the entire time.
