Reduce the F-4C's BR

The F-4C is very much one of those aircraft where you need to set up your intercepts, and manage your target selection to Joust effectively, since you need to baby the radar more than should be absolutely necessary (due to poor modeling and missing mechanics) and have no real way to clear your six without assistance if someone slots in, since you don’t out accelerate competitors due massive difference in the weight of the airframe, and lacking thrust at low speeds.

No man, if you’re not the first person into the fight every game regardless of opponent composition, teammate positioning or BR delta between yourself and the lobby you’re bad and just taking up a slot.

@Balanced_Game your takes are…fascinating.

This. I always play the 104 by treating it like a stage 2 interceptor. I always goes sideways hard and come in about 1 minute after the initial furball. At that point people already picked their target, at which makes them a good 9J target for me.

Lol

Defyn himself said that he play flareless plane as some sort of rat plane that doesn’t go into the initial furball but instead going for the pickoff. You really picked and choose the argument to be on your favour lol

At zero points ever in my life have I ever implied this. Not once.

He has also said he doesn’t think these planes are at all competitive… wonder why. Maybe you should stop and READ what someone says? I already said earlier that I DO NOT EXPECT PEOPLE TO JUST DIVE INTO THE FURBALL, I said that the planes are useless UNLESS you play as a useless player, ie a rat.

But he explained himself on how to make this plane workable, all you’ve been saying is Defyn this Defyn that playing passive is bad.

I’d rather have F4C getting flare at 10.3 than seeing it being put down at 9.7. It’s not like F2 sabre situation to other sabre at all, what makes F2 sabre is good is their cannon. But their Fm is pretty much the same if I compare it to F40 sabre.

Meanwhile Phantom C against Sabre F or MiG 15 bis is a leap in technology far wider than WW2 superprops to early jets, it’s incomparable at all.

in total I’d prefer the Korean war era jets to be left as much apart from Vietnam war and Afghan war jets as possible

sadly not how the game is balanced rn but eh

Idk why you’re so mad about rat, did they killed your 40% win rate ass while you’re doing “Hunurabruh dugfait”? If that’s the case it’s on you, they did their job as rat plane. You’re just whining and crying instead of learning the game.

Agreed, BR cap increase to 13.0 and MM range to ±0.7 is favourable for player imo.

on the last one, with my MK24 Spitfire I do stand a chance against subsonic jets

but as a Subsonic pre missile age jet there’s no chance against any Supersonic Missile bus

all you’ve been saying is Defyn this Defyn that

if any of y’all could read it would have been clear I only brought up the whole defyn argument because one of you tried the ol classic “skill issue” and I shut that one down QUICK with me saying a much better player than you disagrees. I don’t give a damn otherwise

Very. That’s my concern, I’ll go out of my way to say that I can win dogfight against 7.0 jets with planes like Reppu.

It is skill issue though, if you can’t adapt your playstyle to cover your airframe weakness and increase it’s advantage then it’s all on you, an incompetent pilot.

Not going to continue this until one of you learns how to read English, you’re about 12 kilometers from the point.

imo put MiG-21F13/PFM on the same BR as F4C (but leave it at 10.0) and then move all more modern jets up by 1BR

issue fixed, problem solved

You should quit the discussion too skill issue boy.

Except that would solve nothing

Weird how my stats are better

It’s a bandaid, won’t last long, my solution would do the team a favour.
