Vehicle: M4A3E2
Gamemode: Ground Realistic
BR Change: 5.7 —> 5.3
Reason: This tank is practically unplayable at its BR, constantly playing at the bottom of the bracket against much more popular BRs like 6.3-6.7. Against tanks higher in BR, it has no armor at all, and its gun is practically nonexistent. Considering the downgrade of the IS-2’s and early Tiger II (which penetrate it almost anywhere on the hull and are also very popular vehicles), this tank should be placed at 5.3 at max.
11.3… The Hawk 200 RDA 200 is at 11.3. Next thing you’ll tell me you think that one should go down to 10.7
These Phantoms should stay at 12.0, just like the US counterparts. The Tornado F.3 should move to 12.3 and there needs to be way more decompression in general
Are the matchups against 13.0s fair? Not really.
Would it be fair for 10.7s to fight these Phantoms? No.
what is the difference?
mbt that has no armor is effectively a light tank.
i just gotta say the BA-9 has dogshit damage in comparison to the hellfire
?
It has full apds (Wiesel has HE belt)
better mobility
somewhat trolly armour on occasion
stabiliser
and fights against Germany
It’s much better
type 99 GRB 7.3->7.0
if you are gonna lower almost every other spg without a laser down, might as well move type 99 down too. i dont know what makes it so special out of the bunch.
also hori getting removed means the lineup is getting broken up anyway.
personally i would have raised all of the laser spgs up instead, but i guess this works too.
type 75 can stay at 6.3 as its clearly superior than its counterparts that are going down.
Vehicle: Somua SM
Gamemode: Ground Realistic
BR Change: 7.7 —> 8.0 min
Reason: This tank has it all: decent armor, decent mobility, good shells, good gun depression/elevation angles, and an incredible reload time. This tank is better than almost any tank at 8.0, and yet somehow it’s at 7.7!
Its counterpart, the premium American T58, has worse shells (random) and better armor (which doesn’t help it as much at this BR). It’s at 8.7. The Somua SM should be at least 8.0, although, in my opinion, its fair BR should be 8.3.
I think it’s better for both tanks to have nerfed mobility/reload respectively but to stay at their current BR, than be as they were before but go up in BR tbh. Even with its reload nerf the T29 is one of the kings of 7.0. I very rarely see them do poorly

Naval
Project 30 ships (Ognevoy, Bezuprechny, Smelyi)
4.3>4.7
A little less armour than Soobrazitelny (4.7) but otherwise very comperablenin in in performance.
Moving them up certainly won’t leave the Russian 4.3 lacking as the other ships at the BR are more than capable in their own right as they use the same. B-13 main guns but differ in detail such as layout and Secondaries.
The british Phantom is a deboned version of the F-4J, different engines, Similar Aim-7E-2 just british
At 11.7 should be fine without suffering so much it may be Us export but it doesnt have HMD its radar is weaker and it doesnt have 6 radar missiles like the F-4J. Sure 11.3 theres already the hawk but at 11.7 should be fine for the Phantom its just a weaker version of the F-4J with 11.3 loadout, the Tornado would be either stay at 12.0 or somehow moved to 12.3 with DL and IOG missiles. Its performance is bad i wont win a dogfight with a hornet unless the hornet is braindead and uses the funny cobra button to crash and loose all of its speed
One of the most insane statements i have read in a very long time.
When i play my UK P-47 (BR 3.7) on a Pacific map vs a JP team i am untouchable as below 5.3 there is not a single fighter JP that can catch me. Applying your logic kills basically every US prop in the game as they have to rely on their speed advantage.
Think about it and you see the flaw in your logic.
-
The whole idea of building jets was to get fighters faster - and if you would have played the 50mm Me 262 A-1 / U4 more than 2 times in Air RB you would not have written such nonsense.
-
Undertiered in wt terms means that a plane allows way too easy kills for average players - and flying a German jet requires a lot of experience to get kills without playing suicidal - the statistical data show that the plane sucks in an A2A role as fighter.
-
Even your wording “passively” is repulsive - based on this every aircraft which requires some brainpower to make it work has to be played passive as you need to pick up speed and/or alt in order to get an energy advantage before you engage.
-
The 50mm HE round has no tracer and the ap round is useless if you don’t hit the pilot(s) or an engine. Unfortunately any even remotely aware player is able to see you coming - so i gave up flying it after 40 Air RB matches as i faced countless hits on enemies (including BIs) without getting kills no matter if i scored HE or AP hits - and even for pillbox farming the shells produce way to much hits.
-
The 162 at 6.0 is just 5% slower and is the way better pick at this BR as you are (correct flown) untouchable whilst you have working guns and can turn fight to a certain degree.

Naval
Russian Leningrad class - Leningrad
4.3>4.7
More main guns than Soobrazitelny at 4.7, and very similar secondary/AA. She is also faster and carries more crew and could be considered to the better ship of the two despite its current lower BR.
The other Leningrad class ‘Moskva’ may retain 4.3 at this time as has much weaker secodaries lacking the multiple 37mm mounts) and should also lack HE-VT as she sank in 1941 before these were invented)
son, beside khorne asking you why should R-77 be at the same BR as non R-77 MiG-29s, Ill go with migoons assesment of the plane capabilites rather than yours 😭
I can see why it would be repulsive to someone who sits at 9km every match while watching their team die.
Your right to think so, granny.
I can’t see much of a reason for it to go down in comparison to the American F-4J/S.
-The Spey engines provide better acceleration and speed
-The have higher countermeasure counts (60 small/30 large vs. 60 small)
-The F-4J/S can only carry 6 sparrows if it chooses not to carry IR missiles at all. A loadout I don’t think many people use.
-The Skyflash isn’t perfect, but works well enough at relavent ranges. It’s only downside is in close in headons.
The disadvantage of not having great flight performance is shared by all Phantoms. The American ones turn a bit better at the cost of energy retention IN those turns, and they still will never beat the Hornet anyway. And the lack of HMD isn’t much of a disadvantage.
Are they slightly worse than the American Phantoms? Perhaps.
Bad enough to be a lower BR? I don’t think so.
The AN/APG-59 and AN/APG-60 have the same specifications in-game
The Spey engines have their own upsides and downsides, it’s not a downgrade
The lack of a HMD is a valid point, but it isn’t nearly as big of a deal as you seem to think that it is
The US F-4J and the F-4S can only carry 6 SARH missiles if they give up their AIM-9Gs
So you would be fine just running Aim-7E-2s on the US Phnatoms instead of the current Aim-7Fs?
