Is gear shifting time in game based completely on crew skill or does the transmission itself have any effect on shifting time?
Base value is transmission dictated but crew skill can still improve it

Or should I say vehicle dictated because some variants of the vehicle using the same transmission still have different base values. It’s either random or P/W calculated. Idk

Oh so its just skill issue that British tank can’t pen a T-34 fountally.
As I ran into a a T-34 in a Comet or a chally it’s ben awhile but in a head on
I couldn’t pen him from said front nor could I reverse from him.

T-34 can be penned by 75mm M3 frontally, so not sure what you did to screw this up.
Probably shot drivers hatch or smn

I too had bounced APDS on a T-34 before
was in a Black knight tho so he didn’t pen me either
