This is a blatant lie. The Flankers are better at high speed, but you can not be genuine when saying that the Su-30 is the better airframe. You also underestimate the climbrate/acceleration advantage.
This isn’t true either, and I’d consider them quite good if you don’t rush the furball.
If you are dying to an SU-30 or Rafale beyond 20km you are a bad player.

The F-15E would be dead way before a merge occurs. The Su-30 will force the F-15 in a constant defensive position , i can show you if you want

I decided to test this.
Supersonic STR: Su-30MK2 is 6 deg/s.
Typhoon’s STR is ~6.2 deg/s with similar fuel.
Both have been given less fuel than my previous tests at this speed.
Clearly the Typhoon is still better @luque13 , however in air RB instructor could make them rather equal in this type of use case.

What, are you just not launching back?
There is no reason to allow a Su-30SM to outcompete your amraams given the F-15E is a better BVR platform

A lot more missiles and a much better radar, so at the very least a Su-30 can just outlast you
If you are focusing all your missiles on to a single enemy jet, then somethig seriously wrong has occurred.
Besides, 85% of Su-30SM players will often launch multiple missiles in the same notch window, depleting their count faster than yours if you’re smart
Seems like you’re twisting it a bit, having more missiles means the Su-30 can spare 1-2 more and not be worried about missile counts the rest of the game, while an F-15 cant do this

or acting like the current delta canard flight models are realistic (they are not)
Speed is a major catalyst to missile performance, an AMRAAM launched at mach 2 will have a far higher NEZ than an R-77-1 launched at mach 1.4
Lol where did I state that, so far I’ve stated that the Eurocanards do not have other 4.5 gen counterparts, which is true, I’ve also stated that the Rafale and MICA are above and beyond the rest of the matchmaker and that AMRAAMs need to be unnerfed
