Eh, that’s a stretch and that’s coming from a serial US keeps getting lazy copy paste complainer.
Most of there end of line additions 3/5 are really good for there BR especially with the BR decompression happening i.e. f16C, f15E and the harrier. its just that some of the most popular (and NEWEST additions) get focused on more. like don’t get me wrong I’m upset with the implementation of the F15C GE and F/A18E (less so the f15C GE after seeing the upcoming decompression) but its overall top tier is still more good than bad.
That’s probably just because those are the top 2 nations in the META right now China and Israel players would also feel that way even some EFT nation players, those two are miles better than most of there competition in the meta and will be always more enjoyable until the META is forced to change.

You’ve forgotten about the likes of the 16C, F14s, AV8B , as well as the 15E it can still do its thing.
The rafale and EF2000 beat it out but thats about it.
The su30SM still aint that good at all, hell ive beaten plenty with the 15C.
All those top tiers are just tediously boring to play cause the sheer quantity of missiles and people in the air.
Top tier matches should be limited to 8 v8 and thats it.
How is the su-30sm not better than the f-15cs.
It outclasses it every way other than acceleration, energy retention and top speed

lets see, one of the worst 13.7s, one of the worst 12.7s and 13.0s, a mid 13.0 but gets dragged into under tiered 13.3s every match, and a 14.0 that still gets dragged into top tier despite having a bad radar, bad missile kit and awful WVR flight performance
the SM2 very much does too
and the SM/equivalents are very comparable or even better due to the much improved missile kit

So three major things which make it worse at top tier for BVR fighting? Its missiles are about equal as well.
Only distinct advantage it has is the radar, which is already on a bug report.

The AV8B+ as well does pretty damn good in its bracket ?
The WVR isn’t bad at all if you fly it properly, however its not supposed to be in WVR? Why are you taking the 15E to those positions?
Its also got a good missile kit?

maybe the issue is that you dont realize that BVR is very off meta, unless you have a radar with a high enough gimble limit to provide datalink while in notch

except it very much is at top tier with the exception of it you can guide a missile with datalink while notching, which if you dont know is not something any US planes in game can do
