No, that was a test. Combat use of those F-15Cs is supposed to have begun in December of 2000.
The F-2 has never even seen combat
And as for testing I’ve seen people say as early as like 1988
That would’ve been testing of the radar outside of any aircraft from what I understand. In that case the J/APG-1, or more accurately a prototype leading up to it intended for Japan’s domestic FS-X before US intervention was already built and tested before 1986. This project was cancelled due to the political pressure from the US to scrap the domestic plan based on “cost”, in favor of the collaborative FS-X project that became the F-2.
The actual J/APG-1 was first fitted to the fourth prototype of the F-2, the XF-2B serial 63-8102 in late 1995 to early 1996. Production of the F-2 was approved in mid 1996 and they were first serviced in 1999, same year as the F-15C with APG-63(V)2 service/field testing and iirc only few weeks apart. I don’t recall which of these was first though.

XN725 in one of her many guises. Here she is dressed as an F3 complete with finned tanks and hitchhiker.
Seems both M46(M3A1) and M47(T119 aka M36)
and M48 used the lightweight version of T119 i.e T139 aka M41 … so might be possible?
and M56 used recoil-modified M41 i.e M54 … so might be possible as well?
At least put some effort in your Photoshop skills…
Show me your 'shoppin skills …
and this ain’t my work … just a fun “What-If”, thought I’d share
Either way F-2 was built with AESA from the ground up where as F-15C was not so still a pretty significant achievement i would say.

Bring back the Merkava mk2D at least for GE. Israel TT is limited enough. Why remove vehicles that were already available.
Germany buys M-84A4 Sniper, in honor of the part of payment for Leo 2A8 - an excellent addition to the T-72M1 DDR 😂
“Combat” is probably a mistranslation. What I meant most closely was “operational.” Back to the point. Raytheon, the manufacturer of the AN/APG-63v2, said it was operational in December 2000. The F-2 was operational in October 2000.

Nope, first it goes as payment for part of the purchase of Leo 2, and then further. Sooooo
