yes, it is mostly due to US fighter design being more offensive, while russian jets as you said operate under defensive umbrella usually.
also im not familiar with R-73M vs AIM-9X blk 2 so what are advantages of R-73M
2020 Su-30SM2 vs 2020 USAF F-15E, the eagle has advantage in strike and BVR but Su-30 has advantage in WVR

Hello today I will introduce a submarine/ship hunter for Japan, the Kawasaki P-1!
Short History
With it large amount of P-3Cs that have been in service for some time, Japan was looking for a replacement something that would exceed the P-3Cs capabilities, while offers such as the P-8 and Nimrod MR2s were made but Japan did not see them as suitable candidates and decided to focus on development for a domestic maritime patrol aircraft which started in 2001. By September of 2007 the…

History In 1952 a partial ban on aircraft research in Japan was lifted, which made it possible for domestically designed aircraft to be produced in Japan. By the spring of 1954 the Defence Agency of Japan had developed a plan to develop a training jet aircraft with potential to act as an emergency fighter, this plan resulted in the Fuji T-1.
The T-1 was the first domestically designed jet aircraft produced in Japan since WW2 and Japans first domestically designed swe…

History:
To start I’m going to clarify naming conventions. So LR-1 is the general name for JGSDF spec MU-2s. There are 2 different models of LR-1, they have the sales designation of MU-2B (renamed to MU-2C) and MU-2K which uses the internal designation of MU-2B-25.
In 1966 Mitsubishi received a request from the Defense Agency for the LR-1. The LR-1 was designed for 5 main missions being:
VIP Transport
Forward Air Control
Aerial Recon
Emergency Transport
Emergency COIN

I suppose indian upgrade Su-30MKI late production with indian AESA radar and indian & isreal equipments
F-15E carry Sniper XR (2004 ~ 2012) or Sniper XR ATP-SE (2013 ~ present) targeting pod
But F-16C Block 50 equipped targeting pod Sniper XR ATP-SE or Litening G4
Yeah i know, “today” != “right now” but anywhere today i mean.
Well if I have no WT to fill the void I at least have the last Formula 1 weekend of 2024 to hold me over
Some pray , but us hardened forum veterans prey on the poor mods for a devblog

Probably, I hope at least
Isn’t production after testing? Why produce before it’s tested?
Pretty sure it has a better AOA or over you say it. It can do some really great maneuvering to get the nose on.
Not really the US’s fault they build jets that other nations use. So when the U.S. gets a jet, it simultaneously enables another nation to get one as well.
This popped up in my YT feed yesterday.
TLDR:
Guy flies F-16 and F-18.
He likes F-16 a little bit more.
F-16 higher TWS while F-18 struggles to get past mach 1.
Won all dogfights against F-18 in his F-16 while when he fought F-15 in his F-18, it was about equal.
F-16 has about same A2G capabilities as F-18, but F-16 more intuitive because interface is controlable via stick.
F-18 is easier to land.
F-16 better cockpit visibility (obviously).
Easier to get your nose around in F-18 as long as you have energy. But once you sh!t your energy away, you won’t get it back.
IMO F-18 in terms of FM in WT will be something like the F-5C, but with AMRAAMs and a good radar.
Think people are overhyping themselves and will be very disappointed when they get their hands on it in the game.

I like how the main argument that a lot of US mains give for the F-18C is “but 10 amraams” instead of pointing out it’s actual useful strength.
