The Leopard 2 Revolution would be a bit more advanced than a 2SG from my understanding, since it has a remote weapons station and automatic smoke launchers Singapore didn’t adopt. Ideally this would be added as separate model for Germany regardless.

I might hope after updated dev server gajin implemented Litening III targeting pod from Tornado GR.4 instead LANTIRN AN/AAQ-14 and Litening II for 2 fighter aircraft
litening III us nice for the tornado but is still probably gonna be worse for CAS then the F15E due to the best FnF weapons being 4 PGM 500s which would also take all of your capacity
I think they should introduce some ex warsaw pact countries in a single techtree yes. Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, maybe Ukraine… there are many options to make the techtree interesting.
Yea though the subtree system must be reworked for this nation.
Maybe have a faction name then the country tabs leading into smaller Air, ground and Naval ect.
I’d just put these nations together and place vehicles based on progression and capabilities without focusing on nation-specific research lines.
Should just be Poland and maybe Czechoslovakia, anyone else should go to other trees.

Would be nice to give the necessary space to such nations if they share a tree. There is a lot to add, and I don’t think that would fit the current system.
