if a aim120 if coming at a 30 degree angle the RCS will be -10 dBsm to -5 dBsm but a good radar can lock 0.0001 square meters (-40 dBsm) targets

It is fairly trivial to lock up an AAM or a drone or any other small target so long as you employ the correct radar mode on your aircraft.
Most AAMs however are not precise enough to hit targets moving that quickly, and anything shy of a direct impact will not cause substantial damage.
The problem is not the RCS of these munitions, it is the capabilities of the munitions being used against them. This “bug” was more accurate behaviour than Gaijin’s intended behaviour, but this isn’t the first nor the last time.

it is still relevant to have an aproximate RCS of an object, if you mean its relevant for an all aspect RCS go ahead and provide us with one so we can use it for this case, as per the situation on McM you brought RCS to the table i was explaining what shold really be calculated, still dosent mean a missile should be calculated via its front only, specially taking into account missiles never face 0 degrees in reallistic conditions and there is always fins

1st radar proxy fuzes on your missile would need to line up with the enemy missiles
2nd the proxy fuzes need to be able to detect the missile itself while having a really high closure rate
so hypothetically lets say the two missiles have a closure rate of 500m/s, which is pretty low for two missiles
with the amraam being 3.66 meters long that would give the proxy fuze 0.00732 seconds to react
