There is also ASM-1, ASM-1C, ASM-2, ASM-2B and ASM-3, all of them are capable of ground attack to some extent.
We need all of them

There are reasons why nobody use KH-38ML, you fire it in 20km, and you need to fly steadly towords enemy to guide it in SM3 or SU-34, you will get too close before you hit the target, unless you fly in less than 300KPH speed, so throw a KH-38 MT in 12km is a better choice.
But now you can do it with Brimstone, the only problem is you will engage pantsir, and Tornado’s poor mobility.
I literally wrote stealth bomber as you wrote,the F-35 is a multirole aircraft which is entirely different.
Besides,the F-35 is still american designed and mainly American produced,the fact that every country has it doesn’t mean that every country invested into developing stealth aircraft

Assuming range is correct, and if not assuming range is fixed, then Brimstone will be capable of that yes.
It has the ability to bomb, while being stealth, that was my point.
It’s very hard to do so, and waste time, risky of lost target, besides SM3 has only gen1 thermal, can’t see things clear in that range.
