Hawk200 doesnt deserve 10.7 air RB

It’s stuck.

With 4 9Ls it ain’t going below 10.7, despite the fact it should be lower than 10.7.

Only option is Decompression

tbh the only one that should be moved down is the 209 as it has the worst all aspect missile in game and is also the worst performing hawk flight performance wise if we dont count the 7.7 ones

True but complicated for gaijin to do decompression since the fact game has, they doesnt care if players not complaining it

least no grinding needed and IR AGM65’s

yeah, i think we might see a bit of a decompression sometime this year, based upon the comment made by stona in regard to the su-30s. but we’ll have to see if that actually decompresses a decent BR range needed to fix something like the Hawk 200 or only top tier.

But yeah, at the end of the day, Gaijin care more about short queue times than the quality of said matches

Compression. Next!

For 11.3 they are literally the best that you can find, only the r40s outmatch them, and after the update they pull pretty well, even outpulls the r24 at shorter ranges, sure the r24 is overall better due to the extra range and the IOG but the DF is much closer now.

Is that factoring in differing launch speeds for each missiles though?

I think half the point Scimitar is making is Skyflash DF fired from an RDA specifically being quite poor vs a Skyflash DF fired from a Viggen C (or higher BR aircraft like the FGR2/FG1) or an R-24R from a Mig-23

i was about to say. Hawks cant launch them fast enough for them to be anything more than a fat 9L that blows itself up after 4 seconds

Nor is climbing probably a smart play either. so mitigating MP is probably not really possible much either

I place 1000km/h because is an speed that the hawk 200 can archive but a higher speed would make the r24 perform even worse… as higer speed means larger turn radious.

ive done nothing but play NE where you cant risk being over Mpath anyway. making skytrash even less notable

hawks cant get that fast mate.

they are usually in the ballpark of 750-800kph. might as well be launching from static with how sluggish it is

Id consider range the moment important point of comparison, as the pull is enough on both, providing you arent trying to do HOBS in a dogfight.

Realistically speaking, the RDA is probably not doing much more than 900 kph? Whilst something like a Mig-23 is probably doing 1400 ish ? (I dont use KPH in-game, so im just running some quick convertions, my numbers are probably a bit off)

That is a considerable increase in energy for the R-24R and therefore extra range.

I probably ought to exploit NE to spade the RDA at some point, but kinda waiting for it to get AGM-65D/Gs first to make it worthwhile (if it ever gets them)

It takes a while but it can reach it

it will make them usable for GRB cas. but its still a very sub-par vehicle.

Sure, but he was claiming that it has a bad pull, i am not saying that the r24 is a better missile but that the skyflash pull well after the buff it even out pulls the r24.

Can and does are 2 different things.

Especially when combat rarely allows you to fly in a straight line for quite a while

thats a clean airframe. it will not do it i can assure you when its carrying any armaments, or fuel
