Fix ItO 90M in asb

Are you talking about the convoy or about the ItO? If you mean the ItO, then with 4 Mavs you’ll get 6 kills on Tunisia.

Oh did they make it so convoy AA isn’t all manned by the ghost of Lee Harvey Oswald in this update? Or is it another objective that exclusively needs guided air to ground ordinance?

The latter. But the A-6E gets nice guided bomb loadouts, and AV-8B gets a couple Mavericks.

For 8 people? Not at all.

It’s heli pve all over again.

Most players don’t attack individual ground targets. Convoys will more often than not stay completely untouched for minutes on end.

Most people I ever am I game with smite all of one objective by themselves, then everyone else waits around until new ones spawn.

Convoys are unrealistically well defended, usually far back, and sometimes also buggy (underground). They’re also tricky to spot and thus engage. So I for example very rarely engage them, and I f I do, only with aircraft with stand off weapons and thermal sights/seekers.

I’m shocked by how many players try to argue your point, but can only see their own game.

Although I don’t play like you, I understand you. What the WT philosophers don’t understand is that we have a 12.0 rating anti-aircraft in simulation mode, shooting down 11.0 / 11.3 / 11.7 aircraft in a rotation that doesn’t reach the same level.

@Schindibee - there are players who are no longer destroying minibases because 80% of them are now within range of the new anti-aircraft weapons on many maps.

What we can’t do is think that we have to control every player’s game. Everyone plays how they want on their computer. And stop being technocrats in a virtual game. Everyone plays how they want.

CCRP exists you can bomb a base without diving onto it

you can use it to toss bomb from far away or to bomb it from save altitudes

Ok and what if the way I want to play is by continuously sending AGMs at people who have just spawned in? Are you also gonna argue that I should be able to just do that too, and that my playstyle is just as valid as someone who isn’t sending AGMs at people who just spawned?

Don’t feel too bad for these guys, they’re just more rocket zomber exploiters. But they could be actual players who just wanted to enjoy a match of Air Simulator and died when they still had their landing gear out!
At least now, the ItO 90s ensure this is either impossible or very hard; against the Rolands it is comically easy.

just go to their airfield and destroy the ITOs with the AV8 lol

Wounded ego.

If it’s possible to do, then it’s allowed.

I see players complaining about this, but when there’s an aircraft flying towards your airport, shoot it down and don’t just stand there watching. It doesn’t land at an airport that’s flashing as a warning that it’s under attack. Zoom out on the map to see things before it’s too late. Now, putting an Ito 12.0 in a BR where aircraft are smaller than 11.3 is disproportionate.

That’s what I’m saying

Depends on the aircraft, and it also really depends on how buggy that server is. I’ve had perfectly aligned drops miss / never connect.

Sometimes even on AFS.

But those mini bases are a bit difficult to easily bomb at height.

I think they need to double the size of the mini bases.

even at that br you can take out the ITOs with something like the buccaneer or harriers

Nice insults.

I do bomb.
I do fight.

I like to relax sometimes. I don’t play games to get annoyed / frustrated.

What about an F-4F early sneaking in with YSA F-4s and causing mass confusion? Or same with the MiG 29, MiG 21, f-16 etc.

I had never seen anyone complain about the spaa pre update, and post update many people do.

you know as well as I do, this change only benefits gaijin

Hombre, people kept spawning at airfield FLASHING that were NOT COVERED by AA on Denmark and then complained so much that they reverted. I am 100% sure that if you put a friendly AF next to the enemy one, in coverage with itO, THEY WOULD SPAWN THERE AND THEN COMPLAIN.

People didn’t complain about AA before because it was easily exploited and only killed those who were completely clueless.

Idk, i feel like it benefits me when teams are lopsided and airfields get swarmed, or im being chased across the map back to my airfield, or simply being relatively safe to takeoff with a lot of enemies circling. Don’t see how Gaijin “benefits” lol

Thats just not true

I actually prefere the new aa. It’s more fun.
Like the last two rounds i teamed up with a mate an i killed the ITOs with mavericks and he bombed the airfield. Works great i dont see the reason for all the copeium

I’m glad that you found the one person out of 100 that:

  1. Speaks the same language as you.
  2. Actually wants to work as a team
  3. Knows what to do

About 50% of people I come across don’t speak my language. Or simply don’t chat at all.

So should we put a “death bubble” around the carriers too then? After all, you can spawn on them.
Also fleeing after losing an engagement is so dishonorable. If the opposing guy won, just let him have it.

Gaijin “benefits” from killing / making it harder for people to “play passively” as they call it, even though bombing is a form of combat.
