No it is not. It’s easier for an F-86A-5 to dodge an overglorified Aim-9B than it is for the F3H to dodge Aim-9Ls or dogfight MiG-21s.

A missile that is slower, rear aspect only, and pulls less than current aim-7C.
Unlike the F3h, the seahawk is the slowest fighter of its BR and also one of the weaker dogfighters of its BR. All for 2 aim-9Bs. While the F3H has the equivalent of 4 pre-patch aim-7Es
except it’s better than 9B in every way but instant off-the-rail pull.
This sounds like MKK players thoroughly convinced that its easier for an F-16A to fight an MKK than them facing rafale.
And you still outrange those 9L carrying A-10s btw. What’s the A-10 going to do? Learn how to notch at 10.3?
Furballs started by players with 0 thought to energy fight. Any decent player would normally stay at 4-5km altitude at least, altitude now denied by the 7C.

Like bud we’re not talking about the F-4J here. We’re talking about the F3H with its doodoo radar that often struggles to lock lone planes, well above the horizon, less than 4 mi away.
Yet there are whole video examples of people getting up to 10km locks with the 7C. Curious? Almost like you offer nothing but word salad (like always) while I have hard proof?
Not to mention the 7C is a CW missile. You don’t even have to maintain a consistent lock longer than needed to fire the missile.

I said it earlier in this thread, but IS mains defending the F3H in its current state have made me lose faith in US mains.

You have somehow convinced yourself the F3H can lock low flying targets. You have somehow convinced yourself the Aim-7C is hard to dodge. You have somehow convinced yourself the F3H has good flight performance. You have somehow convinced yourself the F3H should be fighting MiG-21s and MiG-25s.
