I believe so. The advantage the F-16C gets is that locks are reliable at very long range and the F-16C gets HMD modes. Other than that, the F-16AM’s and F-16C’s radar are pretty similar.

Sometimes absolute parity is not always possible and one may be slightly better than the other, and this is, whilst not ideal, tolerable.

This pretty much , it is always the US asking for stuff , when minor nation desperately needing more stuff , especially SPAA. CAS in ground are extremely strong , even with USSR on your team. So I would say it’s a 13.7 radar then. It’s probably comparable with F-15C’s radar. F-16C’s and MiG-29SMT’s radars are just very good.
