F-14 IRAF and Fakour 90

That isn’t true.

It’s not that easy when you’re stuck with a bad rwr, or you are caught in a close range situation.

Yeah thats what im doing, but for some reason it does not work.

maybe its the A-7 With loadout being to heavy to do so.
Thats what im thinking but i also think its the Fakour being busted/broken.

I have more than this game to play for video games.
Sorry for not “only playing this game” Lol

I’m aware.
I’m also aware that A7 was initially raised in BR for arcade battles due to its performance.
The issue could largely be the BR he’s bringing A7s to see F-14s, which is true:

They are 11.0 in air arcade, so if he’s bringing the AIM-9L + gunpod beast that is A-7K into his lineup, then he’s 11.3, which is easily within range of F-14A in arcade.

Also I played A2D in arcade “recently” and it very much deserves 9.0.

One thing I do know is ground clutter doesn’t exist in arcade battles, only multipath [at least the last time I played multipath was active].

What I suggest @Renna_Satomi do is apply the things I said in my initial post as well as the following:
Use a vehicle lineup that is 11.0 or less in BR.

You can’t apply realistic and simulator BR logic to arcade battles, sadly.

okay so you have all this time to complain but no time to record your problem. makes sense.

Yeah thats sounds like good Advise, i dont have the 7K yet,

I also use my A-7E with twin Guns , Missiles and Bombs.
Works very well if people come head on to gun you down.

My Issues are just BVR missiles spawnkilling me is Annoying and frustrating.

the f14A and fakour 90 can’t/have a really hard time taking on enemies that are not going head on, if you turn past a notch it should help

Like aoeilaeiepae says “missiles dont go through mountains”. Just hide behind a hill. In TTA fakur 90s cant achieve its full potential because you are too close (around 15km) and you turn like UFO even in phantom, so nothing or out running the missile and hindeing behind some hull isnt that hard and F14A in arcade is not the best plane. Of course I would agree with you in RB but in arcade it seems fine

I just think they’re so easy to dodge, because even without RWR, you can see the giant 20km+ long contrails spreading out from the Tomcat up in orbit like octopus legs lol.

As soon as you see that, just notch / MP, even if you don’t know if it’s coming for you specifically and you’re safe.

RWR is obviously more important on cloudy maps where you don’t have this visibility, but there’s really not too many planes at this BR without at least some form of usable RwR to alert you.

Only time I get killed by Fakour is when Im in MiG-23ML and his garbage RWS dont even show Im being targeted… otherwise soon as you hear RWS “launch” you go 90 degrees and fly low and hope splash dmg isnt tooo much… but at most of the time you will evade them like that, anything else you are dead.

Or when the missile decides to pull more Gs than a magic 2 for some reason.

Had one pull a 180 whilst I was traveling mach 1 with a mig 21. Got me, in spite of the fact it should have lost lock through chaff and maneuvers. Whether this is a server desync on account of ping, or not, dunno. But it definitely is not okay the rare occasion they act this way.

if people can notch Spamraams in top tier, you should be able to notch the fakour too
you are probably not doing it correctly( which is easier against fakour than Spamraam)

The last time that I heard someone say this, he didn’t actually know what “notching” meant.

Ace Combat maneuvers are just flying in a circle to avoid the F-22’s QAAM lmao. You make yourself slow and predictable like that even guns will shoot you down.

in arcade you’ll often get targeted by more than one enemy from different angles due to how small some maps are so notching is less effective compared to having a really tall mountain or hill to hide behind, even if you notch one missile the other will likely hit you.

in many arcade matches you can quickly have one side spawn camping the other side where after spawning you’ll get shot up from every direction and base AA won’t help at all

^^^

Watch the funny vowel man, his advice will likely help a lot.

Found your problem, you know nothing about ARH and how to defeat them…

Seems you’re not having fun there either, so why not practice and get better at a mode that isn’t a cancerous spawn camp fest like higher tier arcade is?

So can we at least move this thing out of 12.0 sight , cause I really don’t like it when F14A/IRAF just commit the funny and kill nearly half of my team. I know it is mostly the player but can we please , if no decompress then move ARAAM slinger out of 12.0 please

look up the amount of seconds it takes to lose a seeker lock. you can then dodge the second missile when you are aware of this instead of thinking you still have to notch for the first one that has lost the lock.
he said he had 20 damn seconds of time. way more than enough.
