the F-86s that are at 9.0 are fine there, the Greek one should go to 8.7

CA27 and CL13B are both undertiered, and pushing the F-86s from below up properly will also put worse f86s in same BR if you do not raise them
i have never played them so i cant have a strong opinion but are Sabers capable of facing 10.3 planes?

Not how this works. Almost every MiG 15/17 and F-86 variant were downtiered independently of everything else in their previous 8.7-9.0 brackets. They were the best jets in those 8.7-9.0 brackets, far better than what other nations were bringing, yet gaijin downtiered these.
They need to go up pronto regardless of whether decompression happens or not, simply to put them back where they belong at 8.7-9.0.
in 9.0 i only get full uptiers, its not fair to see F-4C at my F-86 even if they dont know how to fly their planes
(10 min ago he just crashed because of over speed, a dude did it again in another game)
How does this relate to simply putting the f86s and migs back with their peer aircraft they were erroneously downtiered away from?

Which were previously 9.3 with their peers, yes. How exactly do you think this works out? F-86A-5 goes back to 8.3, good, F-86F25 variants go back to 8.7, good. F-86F-2 goes back to 9.0, CL13A Mk5 goes back to 9.0. Why do you think the vastly superior CA27 and CL13B stay 9.0 after this?
They are nowhere near good enough to be 9.3 along side every single other 9.3 except maybe the hunters and J32B.
However, moving every 9.3+ plane up and doing what you’ve proposed would be good.
So put them there anyway and force upwards decompression? They were some of the best jets there prior to gaijin downtiering them for no reason. They would be fine until decompression.
Its a chain reaction that GJ wont apply upwards that is just going to create a lot more dust

Which would be ok if everything went up with- especially Mig 25. But you know it isn’t happening. Ever thought GJ want it like this? The lame excuse for no +/- 0.7 makes it look that way

Im not OK with it unless everything goes up. 10- 11 needs yeeting first. Or its just more Flare less and blind to J- band/ no RWR at 10.
Flareless vs 20 g+ missiles/ mig 25s doesn’t need more Company, 10.0 is the graveyard and your proposal ends with more being dumped there
But you’re ok with the current status quo where they just sodomize everything for free? And are very clearly 0.3br below their equivalent peers? You don’t think anything was wrong with them downtiering the previous best jets at the BR and leaving all the crappier jets?
Its fairer as it is RN than any jet 10+ vs hunter. Supposed boss of 9.7 is now the worst 10 I can think of- its actually helpless in any uptier
Tell me how its fair to the other ninety percent of jets that the mig and the f86 get to be 0.3 br below their equivalents and curb stomp them in a way that is not counterable if the mig or f86 pilot is not stupid. Tell me how that is apparently OK, to kill off 90% of the jets in that entire bracket, instead of just putting the F86 and the MiGs where they belong and where they already were and were the BEST JETS at their OLD BR BEFORE they got moved
Theres too many variants to not spread them out - 1 full BR and then missiles doesn’t help either. Ud end up with 0.3 difference between them all?
Ok, so why are you against uptiering the 15s, 17s, and F86s back where they belong, because you haven’t actually even tried to answer this question?
