Some GRB match screenshots I see and remember when i actively played it had more planes in the air than off-prime air sim matches (more than 4 vs 4).

Well, the reward for intercepted missiles is really worthless.

The bottom half of players on a team arent gonna be spawning CAS, so idk what your point is.

Japan… Sub-I-II at 5.3 then has to wait for … M163 at 7.3
Britain… Bosvark or Skink at 5.3 then has to wait for … Falcon at 8.3
Israel … Gets the modest TCM-20 at start then has to grind for Hovet at rank V (let’s not pretend the rank IV ZSU-57-2 is an spaa)
Italy … Gets Contraereo at 3.7 then has to wait for R3-T20 at 6.0
France… AMX-10P at 6.3 and then has to wait … for RANK VI BR 8.7 to get the AMX-30 DCA
Sweden… USH-204 at 5.3 then has to wait … for Veak 40 at 7.7
See the pattern?

Most US and USSR cas are not.
The Yak-9K/UT and some U.S. planes (almost all of which lack autocannons and flight performance) are the exception, so all you really needa do to balance em is just make em cost more.
Or just remove the Soviet 45mm fictional APHE.
P47, f4u, f6f series all do great with their guns plus bombs/rockets.
Aircobra does decently too.
For russia, anything with the 20/23mm works.
I use the yak9p for great multipurpose.

If because most CAS pilot lack of flying skill and situation awareness then yes CAP can get more kill than CAS.
In short it possible that CAP can get more kill than CAS due to CAS pilot have skill issues and become CAP free kill not game fault

How do you even come to the conclusion that “CAS players” (who also just so happen to be 90% of the player base) are worse at flying planes than . . . aparently . . . someone? No1 else other than CAS or CAP are spawning planes in GRB, so saying CAS and CAP players are bad pilots, you’re just comparing them to themselves.

CAP provides free kills even if you’re bad at flying.
In an AA role sure. But this is ground battles. There are many more targets that CAS cannot even be touched by.
