Broken HUDs (+HMDs + Cockpit MFD Issues)

And are you?

yes i actually contributed to this thread, just check who made all these reports

This post was flagged by the community and is temporarily hidden.

How relevant is the performance of the aircraft to this thread? When the issue is that IT’S AN INCOMPLETE PRODUCT, priced at 80 USD.

I don’t care if it’s a F-22, a SU-57 or the International Space Station, i do care that the aircraft should have ALL it’s systems decently implemented.

You on the other hand just read ‘‘F-14D’’ and instantly went on the offensive.

funny how you tried being all high and might earlier and constantly using ad hominem

no it isnt its not lacking a HMD or any important features sure the HUD isnt perfect, but guess what the F-14D isnt the only plane that applies to

and a HMD isnt part of the F-14Ds systems

Literally asking for something that aircraft that are in game since multiple years are still waiting for
Being a premium vehicle doesnt mean it will have everything perfect. (And other premium vehicles have the same problems too)

well then you are also wrong in wt since WT dosent even model half of a planes systems like the actually FCS or navigations systems

if you want that then you are playing the wrong game

No, especially with only 60CMs and being slow as a donkey with no IRCCM missiles

F5 op

Can you guys stop hijacking this thread for discussion about individual aircraft’s shortcomings and advantages and comparisons of certain bodyparts of each other?!?

This thread is an important tool to collect issues about the implementation of aircraft systems like MFD’s, HUD’s, and cockpit systems in general, even consulted by devs regularly as it represents a very comprehensive collection of still open issues.

To bang your chest, find another thread to do so. Please.

May I ask about the idea behind the marks (Open/Accepted/marked as xx)?

It might just be a result of the reports showing their age, but why mark something as “Open” when the report is “Accepted”? What matters (to me, at least) is whether the report is “Accepted,” “Not a Bug,” “Duplicate,” etc.

If the report has no label, that’s one thing, but why keep it when it already has a label?

It’s just that some of the labels are outdated when I get free time I’m going to go through and update them.

Working on this topic + working on other new suggestions / adding more to existing suggestions requires a fair bit of free time.

I am hoping to have some free time tonight to be able to go through and check the tags once I’m done with everything IRL and a suggestion I’m working on.

Fair enough, maybe it would be a Idea to write at the end something similar to last updated (game version)(date)?
:D

I feel that, these lists can take realy quite some time :3

That’s a good idea actually, might just do that following the next major update release.

Gone through and updated the tags on the not fixed issues.

After the next major update I will start adding a timestamp of when I have last checked the issues tags / are still present. I am planning on making time to do this monthly however that may change depending on anything happening IRL or with the last 2 updates of the year due to the time between them being very short (easier to just check after them in the new year).

As always if anyone spots an issue that has been updated or fixed in the meantime that I haven’t seen then feel free to let me know.
