depends on radar if it maintains current radar no if it does not and it gets like APG-70 or something sure why not F2A only advanatge is that it turns well and has AAm3
True but stock isn’t really in consideration here, but the reason i put the F-2A and Jas39 lower even with better FM is because they are limited to 4 fox 3 Max
what br is the F16C in the techtree for you plan ? and which JAS39
Same as the F-2A, but it aslo has a worse FM and worse radar, so the 2 extra fox3s make up the difference, and for the Jas 39c i could def see arguments for the non aim120 version to be a lower br.
then i see no problem as long as Jas39E is higher than C
Yes, but if the the F3 Late was to go from 32 Large CMs + 320 micro CMs to 32 Large CMs + 320 standard/Large CMs + 216/432 Large Chaff… (352 large flares and 432 large chaff would be an awesome config for ARB) it would change that equation quite a bit. Id also say the Foxhunter is the better radar.
the Jas39E is all the way at 14.7 on my list
but M2K is fine at 14.7
its not its at 14.0 same br it has in game now so it would be a buff btw
oh never mind
That is not an answer to my question.
Among the 14.0s and 14.3s, the Mirage 2000 flight performance is among the worst. Okay for 1v1s, and at higher speeds other aircraft just start to perform better. With most performing better at lower speeds anyway.
F-15E even performs better for air RB than Mirage 2000, let alone the absolutely atrocious acceleration of Mirage 2000 that gets beaten by Gripen C, and probably Su-30SM.
This is the chart without weapons [which F-15E benefits less from than Mirage 2000], and in 1v1s Mirage 2000 has a high chance of winning.
In air RB though… less so.
So Mirage 2000 bleeds speed more while accelerating among the if not the slowest.
It’s good, it’s fine when played within its limits.
Air RB doesn’t really care that Su-30SM and Mirage 2000 have flight performance issues compared to others.
That still can lead to bad situations though.
all of the aircraft you list here would be a higher br than the 20005f and if the grippen had 6micas instead of 4 aim120s it would be a higher br too but it doesn’t it has 4 worse missiles so its a lower br FM isnt everything when it comes to a planes br, and it would even get buffed with these changes since a lot of planes would move up while its br stays the same as it is rn so i dont see your problem here.
F-2A ADTW with aim 7ms on pair with flankers?? HAHAHAHA
It has much better flight performance, and a much better radar and RWR which makes up for the worse loadout.
just based on flight performance, avionics, and loadouts the mig-29 9.12a and 9.13 should be a lower br than the f/a-18a and c early even with r-73s there’s really no saving spo-15 + the awful radar and flight model ( and since the r-27r is actually weaker kinematically than the 7f/m/p) at least in sim
An R-73 equipped Mig-29 is not worthy of being a lower BR than the C early, let alone the A. Would you put it at 12.3 right now?
I would move the a to 12.7 and c early to 13.0 rn the mig-29 should stay at 12.7
this is assuming it keeps its current loadout of 27ers and 60ms, if it lost the 27e’s and gained 73’s I’d argue it should be the same br as the c early since I’d value having more better radar missiles with better avionics about the same as HMS + 73 combo
the biggest issue is just how bad its radar + rwr combo is combined with its poor flight performance that makes it generally bad at doing anything :/
Cool post, sadly dev team gave 0 Fk about it
imo c early must get 9ms if it goes to that br
not with how many IR missiles it has like you can’t forget it has avionics/radar missile advantage over all the other 13.0s
