16.3 is def wishfull thinking and to much of a jump from the devs pov, but i do think pushing for maybe 15.0 is def more possible and withing the realm of something the devs would actually do.
Good airframe, meta missile count, meta countermeasure count, AESA radar.
The only thing “missing” is the AIM-120C maneuvering, which requires dual plane to be added to the game.
If you gave the F-15C GE AAM-4s or R-77-1s, you’d say it’s 14.3 if your standards are consistent.
15.0 is very easily done.
Either split 13.0 into 2 BRs, or move most 13.7s up to create more room for the premium Su-30s and their counterparts, then move the AESA Typhoons, Su-30SM2, and the Rafales to 15.0. I’d prefer both, and making the max BR 15.3, but at the rate Gaijin decompresses 15.3 will be where the F-35 is placed.

Like, yeah there’s a lot of fear in my proposal. A lot of unknowns for player reaction.
Gaijin has extremely valid reasons to fear player backlash. Almost as if there’s a history of it…
We can and do put blame on Gaijin for not seeing what we see, but they also see things we don’t see… not related to balance, but instead related to developer-player interactions.
We only need to look at the recent backlash… against T-series tanks being buffed 0.1 - 0.5 seconds in reload.
If you make a decision you think is good, then you get yelled at by dozens or hundreds of people that you’re being biased for or against something… it’s not going to feel good regardless of how strong you think you are.
F3 Late is entirely dependent on what buffs/fixes are added.
At the moment, id say its about on par with the F-14B. Better equipment, way worse FM.
If we get BOL overhaul and Phimat, it can comfortably be 13.3/13.7 based upon your placements there quite happily.
If it ever needs extra, Aim-120C5s remain an option.
That doesnt include other options in the future like TRDs.
F-4F ICE, I have no idea, but defiently at least 13.3
to be fair still a F4 its not that good a R27ER can still pretty easily beat you if your not BVR and you only get 4 and 4 def should be 13.3 but not higher

In alvis’s list, 13.7 would place it on par with things like the F-15A. I dont think that would be totally unreaosnable and AMRAAM vs R-27ERs spammers wouldnt necessarily be unfair.
It could go either way and really depends on whether AMRAAM got buffs
F-4F ICE and Tornado F3 Late share similar accelerations, general flight performance, and weapons.
For AIM-120s, the Tornado F3 has a marginally worse radar but gains more countermeasures that currently clip into flaps.
It’s why I put them together with the question.

kinda does in the BVR meta F15 CGE definetly should be a lil lower then the E until they fix the flight its just to bad of a flight model and its not like its a good missile it gets C5 is so beyond mid
yeah i could def see them putting 5th gen at 15.3 at this rate, but heres what id do for a 15.0 decompression at least
15.0: Su30sm2, EFT AESA, Rafale (kinda unmatched planes atm)
14.7: F15GE, J10C, JAS39E (still a step below the top but still better than the old top tiers)
14.3: EFT, Su30sm, F18E, F-15E/I
14.0: F-15C,J10A, Mirage 2000-5F/Ei, F-18C, su-27sm,J11-B (most 13.7 jets would be moved up here)
13.7: F-16C, F-2A, JAS39C, Su-34, J-11A, All Prem Su30s
13.3: F-16ADF, MIG-29 SMT, JF-17, F-4F-KWS, IRF14-A
13.0: would remain mostly unchanged.
Why would a plane that is way heavier, has less CMs, mech radar and has less missiles be at a lower BR than golden eagle?
Why would these planes be lower than the M2K?
simply the F15E is a way better FM ? it can launch missiles farther which is the pro of the F15E also way better energy retention so its a better dogfighter ?? your still a F15C from 13.7 but heavier and worse engine
Same reason its a higher BR now even if its just 6 micas are an insane missile
F2A AAm4 is buns and JAS39C no clue honestly
not really lets not over embelish it gets 16 flares stock and does not have a good FM against anything like a Ja39 at a lower br would beat it
