How about not adding those nations in the first place and avoid these problems ? Too hard I know…
Thats your way of putting words in my mouth with a very bad example of yours.
All unique vehicles.
Yea, how said, should have been handled diffently from the beginning with those nations, but thats a whole other rabbithole.
But we can at least try to do damage control now.
Same applies to sweden.
No im just tired of explaining something to you, you don’t or can’t understand.
Who cares about M26 and M46, it’s again bad examples brought up by you which has no significance to the topic and they are even in the same tech tree.
They aren’t “Russian” or American if foreign engineers altered the vehicle for domestic necessities.
Is the SAV m/43 a Czechoslovak vehicle? No. Because despite being bought from the Czechoslovaks, the Swedish engineers incorporated their own ideas into it and made a new product that functions differently from the original.
Same for Sherman Firefly. Is it an American vehicle? No, it isn’t for all the same given reasons.
I have been playing War Thunder for almost a decade now and have 5k more battles than you do…
And I guess that some member of the community gets the blame for Gaijin’s decisions now? Get real.
Indeed, I find the Chinese and Italian additions to be lovely.
Not only do they bring their own unique flavors to the game, but they also make for lineups not before seen.
Regardless of whether a vehicle has been copied over or not, it is a unique experience to play a combination of M18 and IS-2.
This doesn’t mean copy paste should be strived for, but it isn’t inherently an exclusively bad thing and it doesn’t mean that experiences will be identical despite a vehicle being potentially copy pasted.
With this comment you are also doing a disservice to the excellent aviation tree the Italians provide.
And this balance gets worse because of…? You keep complaining about balance yet don’t even specify what you mean.
Because?
Much like Yugoslavia could provide, despite being lesser known…
You are feeding into my point by admitting that these less famous yet unique vehicles have a place in the game.
And handled differently how?
You’ve barely explained anything, instead you keep sticking to your basic and uninformed points without going into detail why you think the way you do and providing examples.
Your points aren’t sophisticated. If they were we would be having a far more civil conversation here.
They are an excellent example, because it shows how engine modifications DO matter, how the modifications DO alter the vehicle performance despite your claim that they don’t.
That you don’t accept this is revealing of your ignorance.
Likewise, though I wouldn’t call it kindness xd
The Yugoslav tree concept is something I am quite passionate about, met and some colleagues have made the tree proposals and many of the vehicle proposals on this forum after all.
Where did i say they don’t ? You are putting words in my mouth that only famous vehicles have a place, i never said that, but it’s a 100% the case for the firefly.
Well, not give them their own techtree. I don’t know how it could be done, but how it’s now it’s not ideal i think most people could agree.
And im not gonna reply to the rest, im over it.
You said that Yugoslav modifications aren’t as good additions compared to something like Sherman Firefly. No words were stuffed in your mouth.
I am simply explaining how I think that is a ridiculous statement.
Not adding Italy and China as independent trees is a terrible solution.
Both are highly capable of having big and independent trees, which we have in good part seen.
Sure, China’s lower and mid tier vehicle additions could’ve been handled better, but it is by no means a bad tree and it keeps improving as time goes on.
I find it telling that you don’t even have a solution of your own. Complaining without productive thought leads to negative responses only.
In that case I hope you take lessons away from this conversation.
There is plenty of work that can be done to your logic.
What’s the second tank in your post? Looks like a budget T-90M with the armour array.
“it is a unique experience to play a combination of M18 and IS-2” …
You just said everything there is to be said on this thread. I cant argue with that level of “special”…
Im not sure which is more alarming. The fact that you refer to the yugo tree being added to this game as a passion, or that you see making tech tree suggestions as a job and refer to others doing the same as your colleagues…
Hopefully this abomination of a tree will not be added and even if it is added, I’ll be there with my unique vehicles purging that vermin…
You suppose i come up with a solution to complete change the nation iplementation in 10 minutes ?
Jesus christ.
I simply have better things to do than argue the whole day in here, thats all.
It’s T72 upgrade from wish, eh sorry, i mean completely new tank never seen before.
It is the M-84AS1 (2020) modification.
It has the same 1000hp as other M-84A modifications, but also features new third gen thermal sights for both commander and gunner, RCWS, domestic ERO M19 ERA and various other more minor changes such as new tracks.
Me want.
Does it fix the transmission (or did any M-84’s ever have improved transmission) to go faster than -4kph?
No constructive comments here.
Highly unfortunate.
Unfortunately not, it is still stuck with a terrible reverse gear and very unfortunately doesn’t have a proper AC either, which is a real bummer in Serbia
I suppose you take the time to think of solutions before lashing out at other people’s proposals, especially if you intend to make fools of those who did take their time to think.
Dude you have some serious comprehension problems or you just looking for fights, i don’t know.
Where would you place it BR wise, 11.7 then to 12.0 after decompression? Or higher?
I estimated it at 11.7.
I am not sure how further decompression would look, but I wouldn’t place it above the T-90M performance wise.
Either I imagine the M-84AS1 would stay 11.7 or move to 12.0 max.
This does depend on ammunition given by Gaijin, as Serbian ammo doesn’t really exceed the top performing shells in game. If given some ahistorical ammo it could be boosted further, but that is a question of if.
How is he the one looking for fights when your FIRST POST in this thread was this:
You were then proven completely wrong and now you continue to give piss-poor takes which are entirely hanging off of them having domestically rebuilt Russian tanks (much like Sweden has rebuilt Leopards as their top tier tanks), regardless of the multitude of unique vehicles already shown far surpassing most nations in number.
It’s like you didn’t even bother looking at this:
