XM-803 is one of the fastest mbt in its respective br, even at 9.3 it would still be the fastest mbt, as long as you don’t risk it by trading shots with enemies that are aware of your position, it’s hard to actually get hit if you play it entirely hull down. I repeat, this thing is quick, if player couldn’t use its speed advantage, then I can say they played it wrong lol

They’re different guns. Falcon uses 30mm Hispano HS.831, Gepard uses 35mm Oerlikon KDA
The reason the Falcon is the same BR as the Gepard is because the Falcon gets APDS in its main belt, whereas the Gepard is limited to only carrying 40 APDS rounds total.
Does 2S38 meet no opponents other than Leo2A5?
1/4 of the belt is APDS nor does it get APDS velocity because of how multi shell belts work, it still doesn’t deserve to be an SPAA with no radar at a br where there’s two on par vehicles in firepower with radars

Imho, xm803 is extremely good because 9.0 like 90% of games play with 8.0, 8.3 (or played, don’t know how it is after maus returning) and 9.3 is facing 10.3, 10.0.

2S38 is 10.3 not 10.0; not sure why your post implies that it’s 10.0 when it isn’t.
Of course your post doesn’t want Abrams changed…
2S38 was correctly changed to 10.3 and should stay at its BR bump.
Not sure why @meki98 opposed my idea of fixing Abrams and lowering Strf 9040C back to 10.0 last year.
As opposed to what, an invincible killing machine with no armour weakness and a 360° spall shield completely protecting the crew,
The reason that the abrams doesn’t get it’s problems addressed is due to the fact that the facts are so far diluted by the ficticious dribble of fanatical mains that it’s become near impossible for people with the correct resources and information to be heard over the hoard of people with no idea what they are talking about

gaijin moved everything around a while ago moving everything around 10.0 up by 0.3 br
which in therms of the 2s38 changed nothing
so instead of the 2s38 destroying 10.3 leopards and challenger mk 3 while sharing the br with the 10.0 sv9040s
its now destroying 10.7 leopards and challenger mk 3 while sharing the br with the 10.3 sv9040s

2S38 never destroyed Leopard 2A4s, neither did Strf 9040C. The primary things with weak turret rings are Abrams and Type 90.
2S38 went from facing 9.0s to not facing 9.0s, which is a change.
Please be accurate in your posts next time.
I think they should increase the reloading rate as well. Like 0.9 sec instead of 0.5 sec.

None of those are 9.0, nor would they be used in 9.0 lineups.
If this is your reasoning then explain to everyone why OTOMATIC who also has a paper armour stands at BR 11.3 while 2s38 stands at BR 10.3 LMAO
Avoid using the usual excuse that it’s a SPAA you would only show that you have skill issues since we all know 2s38 is also a SPAA Gaijin made it a light vehicle to further enhance it and give it the scouting ability.
Also the excuse that OTOMATIC has APFSDS that pierce 311mm doesn’t hold water since it only has 12 in its ammo rack, while 2S38 has 148 APFSDS that it can fire all at once without its cannon overheating, which is just insane.

Another post defending the OTOMATIC’s BR claiming its perfect.
OTOMATIC is over-BR’d due to its APFSDS round and players over-using it as anti-tank. It needs its APFSDS removed and brought down to ~10.3.
Also the fact you want to buff 2S38 by making it a SPAA is hilarious! LOL!
Gaijin nerfing 2S38 by making it classed as a light tank isn’t a bad thing.
Blame the OTOMATIC’s manufacturer for its APFSDS limit. 2S38, HSTVL, Strf 9040, etc all don’t have limits because of superior manufacturing.

AlvisWisla has already made several arguments about 2s38 in several other posts on the same topic… And I’ve noticed that he uses the usual excuse, without ever admitting that Gaijin has increased all high level vehicles by 0.3 BR, despite the fact that in every single post players have always pointed out to him that Gaijin has increased all high level vehicles by 0.3 BR… I too a while ago in another post, pointed out to AlvisWisla that 2s38 has increased all high level vehicles by 0.3 BR…At this point it is obvious that AlvisWisla is being a troll since he knows about this increase but doesn’t want to admit it… Or he is getting paid to say these things.
Sorry AlvisWisla, don’t take it personally, but I’m not going to get into an argument with you, because I already know it will end up in an endless loop with you not wanting to admit that 2s38 should get a BR increase, despite the clear problems this vehicle is giving… and this I consider just a waste of time.
Those who read the post have understood that you are willing to do anything to defend 2s38, moreover several players have pointed out to you that you are also writing nonsense to defend 2s38.

2S38 already got its BR increase, and I was among the first players to demand it when it came in at 9.7.
So yeah, keep defending the 2S38. I’ll keep critiquing it. There’s a reason there are zero posts of mine on the forum defending the 2S38.
In-fact the most defended tank from me is the HSTVL.
Gaijin did not increase the BR of 9.0s.

Whether its demands to buff the 2S38 by reducing its spawn points [SPAA], or claiming it’s anywhere close to the power that is RDFLT and HSTVL despite the fact 2S38 has customers and those tanks don’t which proves 2S38’s inferiority. The lower something is to produce, the more inferior it is in a number of ways on average.
