The actual issue is the Advanced Fox 3 count on the 2 premium flankers combined with fighting things that cant even do anything against them unless you fly perfectly to get inside IR range, and even then only the F-16A and F-18 can feasibly take them down reliably in that close range fight and survive in terms of 12.3s.
