and m18 is 49.6hp/t in arcade
accelaration is not the problem, maneuverability (not full speed) in comparison to other tanks with similar characteristics and also turn radius.

Based on performance? Dude if that’s the case, every tank that can pen Abram turret ring need to be at 12.7 because they can obviously kill it frontally. Just because someone smoked you with an xm800t don’t be upset, let me guess they kill you from the side like any other 20mm can only do. Someone uses their brain to counter you, and you’re mad that they did it.
By your definition of BR placement based on performance, the GAZ-MM (72-K) should be place at 12.7 because it can fight the M1A2 SEPv2 frontally. And the Abrams should be at 1.3 BR because it can be pen by almost anything in the game. Your reason is just ridiculous.
