Yes. People don’t realize War Thunder is a video game and they don’t owe their time to it. If you get frustrated, take a break. Your vehicles will be there tomorrow.
Despite the amount of BS and bad balancing there can be, I still love learning about fighting vehicles and military history so I will continue playing the game.
The more I’ve started looking into the game the less real and accurate it becomes lol.
How is it the worst nation when it has the only AA at top tier that can counter the new jets, and has a couple of those jets with better fire and forget missiles than any other nation.
Sweden just sucks because 90% of the time it is playing against Russia without any good counters to it, I mainly play Sweden and even America plays with russia more of the time.

DCS is a video game that is currently less realistic than War Thunder on average, but that’s a subject for another topic.
Gaijin’s only bias is to add as many cool vehicles to War Thunder that devs enjoy, and if players fund that they’ll continue making their dream game.
True, though I supposed with a couple thousand vehicles in the roster there will always be bugs and room for improvement. And obviously you can’t have total realism for the sake of gameplay.

You completely ignore most of someone’s counter argument to you, insult them by randomly calling them “antiplayer” for no reason even though their counter argument was against Gaijin’s actions, then flag every one of their posts in the thread to get them removed.

As the years go by and the battle count rises,the BR increases, you go through so many barriers and have have so many opinions,many of which change over time.The OP seems quite new which is not a crime but I thought I knew a bit about this game at 2000 games, now I laugh at the idea of how little I knew overall.
The USA M18,M56 , the German Puma, Italian Breda 501, Swedish Sav 20, Russian Pe8 etc etc all shocked the hell out of me back in the day : ) and that is just low tier,its a learning curve. I’m sure I have many more surprises to come.
Every dog has it day in this game at some point, you do just literally have to suck it up.Takes a while to realise that and even when you do realise that you still have to be in the right frame of mind to implement it.

It’s a shame that flagging a post for moderator attention removes the post. Even I didn’t realise it did that in every case. We cant see the post anymore and as its just another Russia is OP post its likely to be removed, not to mention the sausage over dose which contravenes the Gaiin humour rule 33:3 subsection E regarding forum posters having fun.

Gaijin just took the easy way out with forum moderation. While it is safer for the youngins, It gives people like Alvis effective power to silence those they dont like without immediate oversight.

If you are talking about A2G weapons that’s irrelevant since the discussion is about air battles. If you are talking about A2A fire and forget weapons it’s still wrong.
R-73 is kinda mid unless you get right behind the enemy (quite hard to do with bad FMs Russian planes have).
R-77 is overall a bad ARH missiles. It’s slow and low range overall. At anything past 5kms AMRAAM and PL-12 outperform it while MICA outperforms it at basically any range they are both effective at.
R-27ER might be an amazing missile in terms of range and speed but it’s only SARH so good luck defending and guiding your missile (imposssible).
R-27ET is alright when the enemy doesn’t expect it.
Gripen rinses anything Russian in a dogfight and even at medium range since it carries the AMRAAM.
Top tier is mixed almost every single match.
It’s sad.

Im relatively new to messing with this but every topic I click on here you are, and every conversation involving you I read through is littered with the holes of removed posts.
I get around to interesting subjects, there’s bound to be rule breaking posts in some of them that strangers have flagged, some of those posts are mine cause I entertain the off-topic nonsense for a couple posts sometimes. I remove my off-topic posts when flagged.
I max out my flags exclusively on slurs/vulgarities, and accusations of mental unwellness against others; that’s it. If it’s not those two things, I save my flags for those two things.
Check your DM for a challenge I gave you. You can link any flagged post in my DM and I’ll check to see if I flagged it. Chances are I didn’t, and I’ll share the screenshot.
And yet despite all that most all matches I play either ground or air the team with Russia wins.
Youll have to forgive my stupidity for top teir air since Im not up to that level yet but from what i have seen Gripens are lucky to get into dogfight range. Open maps without terrain cover to sneak around are especially stupid as people are already locking radar missile and flinging them almost as soon as they are airborn.
It’s Off Topic but sending a message to tell moderators that a post may be in the wrong place or the OP may need some assistance equates to nasty behavior or a tirade of bad language etc
It was a very poor decision to go down this route.As we can see there is no moderator here at all and when one does appear they will no doubt ban me for another month due to sausage violations while the real trouble makers stay on forever.
