Yes. And Japan has their own domestically made HMD.

To the best of my knowledge, the F-15J never got BOL countermeasures or TGP integration. The IRST they got was basically a repurposed external wing tank. US F-15Cs had the TGPs and IRST centerline. I’m also not 100% on whether the F-15J got the CFT mods but US F-15Cs did.

I have every other aircraft for America, as well as the 2019 max for Germany where I haven’t moved much.
Russia was my 2nd nation.

There’s a possibility that it might be F-15C (USAF) from 2006 with AN/APG-63(V)2 AESA radar, Joint Helmet-Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS), armed 5th gen IR AIM-9X sidewinder and active radar homing BVR AIM-120B & AIM-120C-5 AMRAAM

I agree at least give the Japanese f15 an HMD or give all of the F15’s HMD
