But many nations have little or nothing.
Leo will not alter the heavy or SPAA spot.
Maus (#4) is still fully researchable for any new player (people seem to hit 7.0 at level 10 so it is NOT hard).
Germany already has non-direct replacements for the removed and is pretty stacked for options EVERYWHERE.
And to be fair Ho-ris are not THAT popular. It WOULD remove a TD spot (heavy, like T95, Tortoise, Jadgtiger - all pretty shite) for a nation lacking around this BR.
So are people wanting another nation to be reduced out of spite, or just want something done for their nation and this is an angle of attack? (has some merit but not if you look at it all without national passions).
But yes, more viable options added are always seemingly better. But hey it is mostly about modern now and playing there so it is difficult to get Gaijin to work on the hundreds of “missing vehicles” across all nations.
(Apologies for caps not italics, just easier to pop them out).
Edit: My main point is still this: this is just a topic because someone missed out on these specific German vehicles, trying to throw shit at others to get what they want. This sucks, yes (missing out). So does missing Events (or all vehicles, since most cannot acquire all) and the now ever present BP. I stopped last year so now I won’t be able to ever get certain vehicles, some that should have been tech tree. Yes, it sucks for many nations, I believe the effluent gets spread reasonably fairly over time.

Just hide the TT one like they did with Germany and add the real “Ho-Ri II”. I’m fine with it being corrected but don’t take my tank away because the new one will be inevitably worse and at a lower BR with that hull front being flat and not sloped back.
And as soon as they do add replacements (depends if a third party has modeled it) they will hide the egregious ones.
Unless you are a heavy tank, then they hide it and add it to Chests 😝 No replacement for that one.
No they don’t, the SC500s have 260kg TNTe filler while the 1000lb gets 318kg TNTe.
The bombs that work best hang under my Zero and weigh only 60kg each :-P

Personally I found central bombs (500kgs I’ve used) easier to get on target than wing mounted (1000lbs I’ve used). Both have the ability to be right next to a target and for some reason or other hardly any damage is done, which was the situation/context I was replying to.
Leo prototypes maybe not, however…
HS.30 chassis, either same guns as the Falcon or Mauser MK30s, I forget. If it didn’t have both the 2-plane stabilizer and the APHE, it would probably fit into 6.7.

I was about to put that in my post, about how surprisingly successful they are!
I think there is a lot down to how maneuverable the aircraft in question is and those with the 60s have some great handling and allow for my own style of picking targets at the last second after already diving in.

That’s just a matter of getting used to it. I can reliably hit and kill tanks with wing-mounted 100kg bombs in Ki-44-II/Ki-100.
Yeah, it does look like a nice Falcon alternative for Germany, but not as survivable due to the hull I’d imagine.
Again I can only guess true need or “getting models modelled” are the biggest stumbling blocks.
I think it has to do with the fact that the small bombs fall very precisely straight ahead with more momentum, while the heavier bombs often land in front of the target due to their weight.
I can’t wait to see what the Ho-Ri has to offer when I’m ready. I’ve only just arrived at 6.7. I mean it’s there now. He’s not invincible. It just feels like a Japanese Jagdtiger. If you want to defeat every tank with a crowbar, you should think about your style of play.

I fell in love with the A7M2 with two groups of cannon and a beautiful low turn frame , so using the 60kgs was pretty good for the yield when I tried.
1000lbs I’d be more likely faster (the Attacker for example) or just less maneuverable (Fireflies and the like) in the situations I put myself in.
Just realised I was focusing on the GB 1000lb bomb. Still more explosive mass but not like the US. 290.18 kg for the MC mk.1s, sitting halfway to the 500kg compared to the AN-M65A1.
Aka nitpicking.
We already have the HS.30 chassis in-game, not sure how much would have to be changed but it looks about the same. I can find a few other potential candidates for SPAA as well, pretty much all from the cold war.
Tech tree Ho-Ri is very good, faster than it looks and has a VERY punchy gun. Gotten 2 or 3 nukes with it already.
I haven’t had that success with the A7M2 due to the slow roll rate, but in other, more agile japanese aircraft they’ve been decently effective. More so than the german 50kgs.
That’s not bad at all and still beats out the german and japanese (~228kg TNTe) 500kg bombs.
Let it in the game and add this :

Would be nice as event vehicle for Britain, but essentially is a HESH launcher, based on the Conqueror chassis and the same cannon as the FV 4005, at least this one is better armored than the barn.
Probably would be in the same BR, or 1.0 above.

Even then, F-16AJ is a real aircraft, it’s just called YF-16 instead and was only shown off to Japan.
Otherwise yeah, fake vehicles are not added anymore, and any existing ones [which are 100% Japan and Germany] will be removed when alternatives are found and added.
Heavy 6 and F-16AJ are real vehicles, it’s false to compare them to RYs and Ho-Ris which are being removed.
Correct: Tiger 2 and M48A2.
Maus is still available.
Um… I played them last week.
This is pure nonsense and arguably bigoted.
Reality is not sci-fi, physicists and mathematicians are real people. Then again they’re Swiss and German mathematicians.
50 cal is not over-powered at all, and Soviets do not use M2 Brownings as you falsely claim.
Germany is extremely accurate and not “nerfed the most” as you falsely claim.
Hispanos are strong currently.
Russia’s 100mm APHE performing worse than/same as Tiger 2’s APHE is being rewarded?
Your posts push hate of Germany and push propagandist love of Russia.
We have to grasp at straws sometimes!

Their rules haven’t changed. That much. Also, the Heavy No 6 existed. Just because it wasn’t delivered shouldn’t stop it from being in the Japanese Tech Tree.
