No you miss understood the F3 late is at 13.3 because it has a weaker fm compared to it counterparts of aircraft with fox 3 at 13.7 so it’s why it’s at 13.3 same as any other aircraft at 13.3 with arh missiles well it also doesn’t depend on fm but also radar and armament the aircraft carry btw this is just what I see

F/A-18C with 6x 120A sounds 13.7, and F/A-18C with 10x 120A sounds 14.0…

why would it be the best thing if gaijin decides to change it? the strength of the remium hornets comes from combination of their sensors and 6x 7Ps, 9Ms would do little to help them (and 9Ms alone would make it BR raise to 13.0) and 2x AMRAAMs would be actively harmfull to their performance as it would raise their BR disproportionatelly to overall utility it would bring.
400kg is the difference, unfortunately that minute difference doesn’t nearly add up for the plentiful other far greater differences
other than changing nothing which is the best option the only other loadout change i could think of is 4 amraams 2 9ms and it goes 13.3 but then it fights eurofighters
Yet your forgetting the su30mkk/mk2 that have like what 10 missiles and f16adf with 6 aim120 so as the way things are right now I don’t see why the f/a18C early can’t get 6x AMRAAMs and 2 9m till decompression happens
