The SPAAs are irrelevant here, they needed to have modules added since the original modules were intended for tanks and left too much unrealistic empty space on modern SPAAs. The fact that they decided to also apply these modules to only 2 light tanks at the time says a lot about the position of those light tanks in the game

I absolutely hate the BMP series of tanks purely on their aesthetics.
I’m not going to defend or trash on them because of that hatred though, I will be sincere and fair when discussing them as I am with all vehicles, because that matters more to me.

Stat shamimg beyond just seeing if someone plays those brs or vehicle is retarded because its just a way to avoid arguements.
My stats in the 2s38 is awful because I bought it thinking it was OP back when I was signficantly worse at the game back then, not saying im a pro now but I used to be awful. So people will use that to avoid speaking on things like gun depression or profile in my post to say I have no clue.
But if my stats in the vehicle were good, the response just changes to “Well seems like you are doing good in it maybe it does need to go up?”
Just a very cheap way to not engage with ideas and it doesnt matter if the stats are good or bad they will have a canned response for both situations to avoid tackling the ideas presented.
Still havent seen anyone bring up 5 degrees of gun depression vs 17 on the hstvl, it like that stat doesnt even matter when im pretty sure it does a lot.

My first auto-light was the Begleit which is why that’s still sub-1:1, but after learning how to play them because of videos and the Begleit, I bought the 2S38, and started playing the VCC-80/60 and HSTVL.
So those 3 all have relatively equal stats.
2S38 had a burst of OP when I first got it cause it was 9.7, but it was quickly corrected to 10.0 [10.3 by today’s BRs].

Standard IFVs are worse than Begleit, HSTVL, VCC-80/60, Strf 9040C, and 2S38 for sure.
