As far as WT is concerned, the 92K gets a proximity fuse while the E has an impact one. IRL there’s more differences but they’re either not added or not relevant.
@womp womp uwu @PercussionCap Ahhh Ty! This explains a lot as of why it feels better to use.
Let me reclarify my earlier statement about the more cover in spawn comment as that was directed more at high tier where it’s extremely common in a lot maps for you to get blown up in the spawn area before you can even move due to the spawn area and the area around it having absolutely no cover against them and moving with your team though possible is a lot more dangerous. Moving laterally near spawn doesn’t do anything if you still lack cover.
Lower tier still has it’s own problems as only CAP is really truly a counter and the barrier for skill to be effective isn’t as high
Very good map for SPAAs too.
Are scouting drones still counted as air kills? I have seen that happening once and it surprised me.
pretty sure it does.
This is such a long sentence adding in so much junk that its sole reason is to make it difficult to even mention a single point because of everything else you’ve brought in to gatekeep, and to make issues to fortify your desired stance.
I’m sorry you can’t accept another angle, but that isn’t my issue.
Doesn’t matter how much cover you lack, the spawn area, being populated in the first place makes it a target. When you’re an SPAA firing from that position, or like so many do, fire on spawn of thier MGs or main cannons, they highlight that spawn.
Resulting in a situation that people who do spawn, and are just spawning, get hit due to their teammates erratic choices.
I said nothing at all about moving with your team, and thus I don’t think you truely know what latterally means.
The comment was made to highlight that you being a beacon on spawn, is a direct way of getting your team killed.
That’s just spoonfed nonsense, as there isn’t just one way to play the game, and it’s ignorance to claim it’s fact.
The fact they’ve gone so far as to statcheck you, shows what kind of player they truly are.
Lucky, I never get fanmail like that.
i get them a lot, i Just don’t share them till now lol most are from DM.
I am a long time Air RB player. My CAS RB (that’s how this mode should be called) gameplay is basically “do anything, jump into a plane, kill enemy planes and lightly armored ground vehicles for the rest of the game”.
It’s extremely easy gameplay that requires no tank driving skill at all.
I find SPAAG annoying, but I don’t hate them. They are just grasping at their dream of this mode being “Ground RB”. The dream that is kinda beautiful, but absolutely false, as this mode is all about bombing tanks with nearly absolute impunity (excluding facing Pantsir, but I usually limit myself to WW2) or about killing enemy CAS with your own fighter. Tankers are there just to suffer and provide targets for the planes.
I’m not grasping it lol i make it happen and work 👀
EDIT: But yea, for the most part, too many have no idea how to play with SPAA thus become easy targets for CAS too.
I think if you were facing pilots with similar time invested in learning to aim at ground targets, you’d be a toast anyway.
Which means this mode is still CAS RB.
I’ve recently played 2 matches in Mosquito in Air RB. Ended the 2nd one with 5 kills. Is Mosquito any good for Air RB?
HELL NO.
But yeah, on your own, personal scale, this is kinda ground RB, only you’re busy shooting at planes anyway.
And not every nation has SPAA that is actually any good vs tonks.
i mean that is the Job of a SPAA…to mainly focus on air targets which there is a lot in mid tiers. Always something to do.
I guess, if I give myself away too early or if screw up. I ain’t gonna shoot my guns till the right time or until they tunnel vision to 1 target.
But that means you’re essentialy playing CAS RB.
The “fun” part of ground RB is tonk on tonk crime. You are not really participating.
A prime time to ask, why have you got such a negative angle towards this player who actually protects the team compared to being a blind teammate that you also judge…
ehhh Fun part for me is everything, the CAS, the SPAA, the tonk crime…i do all of that. I don’t always stay in SPAA lol But when i get on it, I will do the Job of a SPAA. That’s why a proper line up is necessary.
As of rn im just trying to spade the LAV-AD while only playing that thing and see if I can also get the XM975 SAM. By doing so, yes, im not 100% participating in a match and more of a selfish act. Then again its also because I don’t have a line up unlocked for 10.0 battles.
Getting stomped by 20mm AA in 50mm Me-262 is peak fail, not gonna lie. But it is what it is. Anyway, for me this mode is CAS RB, because when I’m playing aircraft, it feels so much easier. The fact I’m doing good in planes while I absolutely suck in SPAA (no planes, or I get roflstomped by quad Hispanos from insane distance) is a good indicator of how the mode is setup.
If you were facing a decent 50mm Me-262, you’d be getting hit from 1300m away.
Of course enough of skill disparity and almost any lack of balance can be “fixed”, but only for the select few.
What’s your secret!? How do you piss them off so much??
Just be good in what You doing.
People flying air in GRB are just a little more special as they hate when things get a little to hard for them.
