Also while capping. Many players trying to cap are using faster, lighter tanks that are often exposed to fire, and can’t take many hits. They rely more on earning score by capping than they do by making kills.
In a game where the win is often won by bleeding tickets through cap-point control, KDA doesn’t mean much at all.
CAS is way too strong.
They see the rockets coming and can easily fly 5cm over the top of a tree because they can easily estimate the distance thanks to the 3rd person perspective. Furthermore, the modern jets/helicopters are packed to the roof with the most powerful weapons.
Yes, I know it’s a game and blah blah blah. But that’s exactly the point, it’s a game and it should be fun for everyone. But if you have to read almost every patch the planes are getting love again.
While you’re sitting in your AA and can’t get anything activated because most pilots high-five the moles, they see you if you even cough once, your radar activation obviously needs a lot of help and, as if that weren’t enough, there’s guaranteed to be a tank somewhere spinning yours Falsely perceives radar dish as a target marker.
The fact is that you are the total victim on the ground against CAS and if you as AA can hardly do anything against CAS, it’s not much fun.
Therefore, I am in favor of restrictions on the aircraft/helicopters in GroundBattles in the form of only EGO perspective, weakened armament, turbulence, AI air defense and/or improving the air defense in the form of supporting the air defense with each other, the more there are on the field, the better the aircraft become /Helicopter marked (air defense should generally be able to spot aircraft/helicopters as if the air defense were not communicating with each otherfacepalm) The radar activation should also work better based on the data, better camouflage (camouflage nets, for example), the possibility of shooting without a tracer .
Pilots who play in EGO perspective, huge respect.
The rest can congratulate themselves, but it’s simply not an art to destroy tanks with planes/helicopters from 8.0 onwards.

Yep cannot get a match without being up tiered, every game today which is 20 I had up tier never down tier or even matched. Time to move on from this game.

I’ve checked its MM over the years with test runs of ~10-20 matches at a time and the proneness of US 5.7 to 6.7 match BRs is laughable.
6.7 matches have so much ‘gravity’ that players with 5.7 lineups are usually placed into 6.7 matches. (I’d estimate at least 67% of the time).

“Cope and seeth” wow the forum children sure love their phrases.To stay on topic I belive that most of those so called good players aren’t really that good and rely on certain things to make them good.CAS is one such thing.Same with the communities horror regarding matchmaking.Many only get good stats by seal clubbing heavilly in the downtier and just surviving in the uptier,no outrageous skill just a means of survival they have worked out. I am not saying its bad but so many players hate change becuse they lose their crutch.Take CAS away and their one dimensional gameplay is ruined.No plan B.

Why not have a random mix of fly and no fly games? Be just like the real thing,would give non flyers a break.Those with fewer slots might be forced to buy more so happy days for Gaijin.Problem solved.

Its more a case of Gaijin taking the bull by the horns than asking the public.We know some like CAS some hate it and many do both but still want TO.I dont see the need for people to cry over it but then I am an adult and not some self entitled kid.As far as I can see any CAS debate on here becomes about the same forum gate keepers venting their personal hatred of each other rather than seeking a resolution.
