I have linked the topics many times. The Balance CAS thread is NOT regarding TO or people who solely want TO. It is NOT a TO topic. So your opposition is noted and irrelevant.

Link the Suggestion then. Then link direct responses to this Suggestion. We have one discussion with a poll with no official Suggestion.

Yes, I have seen players question the idea of TO too, but none in regards to a Suggestion. Without a Suggestion there can be no opposition.

Now, if Gaijin announce that they will be adding TO tomorrow and players say so to their decision then yes, they would be players opposing the Suggestion. But we are at the same plavce as 2018 due to a refusal to do anything about it.

Again, have the decency to explain how talking about limits of CAS/aircraft is denying a Suggestion. You have constantly avoided answering to your initial reply to my comment in regards to this and so it would be appropriate for you to apologise for your lies/deception. All because you seem to believe TO has anything to do with a discussion on altering the mode we do have in WT (not this topic as it relates directly to TO and a fantasy Suggestion no human has seen).

If only players knew the difference between the TO topic and the rebalance GFRB topic! Seems ULQ_LOVER is as confused as all the TO thread spammers. I’ve bumped it mulitple times so clearly the want for TO is not serious.

No shit! As, beyond Gaijin, he has been a main barrier to a TO it all becomes farcical. No sensible discussion is allowed as they have on the whole proven.

Believing the CAS balance thread is there to appease TO advocates is just odd. Why would TO advocates who do not like GFRB (as combined) care about a mode not for them?? Surely their energy is best spent asking Gaijin and getting others to support them (rather than never properly asking Gaijin and slagging off all plane users (except themselves when they use aircraft… wtf))

This is logical. The illogical thing is asking for changes that would suit only people wanting to play tanks more while simultaneously having the suggestion of TO (not to mention the changes wouldn’t solve the issue).

Topic is regarding the mode and changes are to the things that people dislike because mostly they can’t be doing what they like. No one avoids anything.

TO would solve many problems of the balance in current gamemode as people playing it would be people who enjoy combined aspect of the game.

The imbalanced exists in first place because people who just want to play tanks have no place to do it.

If we are going to talk now that suggestion is a post made in a ‘suggestion’ section as a new post, then no one was really against any suggestion.

Again, if someone says that vechicle ‘x’ is effective against vechicle ‘y’ he should be able to prove it in one way or another. If his stats contradict that statment then well, he is just simply lying.

Him and the rest of the TO demander crowd still to this day have failed to answer any of the questions that have been asked about the other aspects of the game that would need adjustment without CAS in the equation.

That’s always been the FIRST hurdle and they’ve never been able to get over that. They always have just immediately resorted to throwing insults, derailing and moving goalposts.

For the last 5+ years it’s all just been petulant child behavior from the TO crowd. It’s precisely why nobody, especially Gaijin, refuses to take them seriously nor even acknowledge them. They don’t deserve to be acknowledged, either. We already have tank only games on the market, and War Thunder IS NOT one of them.

Sure, CAS is bloody annoying sometimes. Especially Kamovs.

That said, I wouldn’t ever advocate for removal from the game mode.

I keep playing this game despite my immense frustration with it because I like the combined arms gameplay. Yes, it needs honing and adjustment, but I like it nonetheless.

Not hard is it?:

Make an actual Suggestion.
Ask Gaijin officially for reasoning.
Be prepared to acknowledge answers given.
Stop demonising other players as has been standard, even if it is just for fun.
Ignore ULQ_LOVER as he clearly is not serious. With the words he has put across the forum we could have 20 Suggestions fully fleshed by now; all we have is avoidance.

I understand completely. The game gets on my nerves far more often than not so I may play a few battles a week at most, unless I’m squadding with friends. Got more entertaining and less frustrating games to play.

I just think its funny that there’s a lot of threads that talk about how oppressive CAS is and the uphill effort needed by AA players to counter it, and yet the minute anyone talks about removing CAS a bunch of people come out of the woodwork to defend CAS!

The amount of CAS complaining threads that come up are spammed by a very small number of repeat offenders. They also don’t represent even a fraction of the playerbase, and their arguments are piss poor and ignorant. All they do is throw tantrums.
