Comparative by picking a aspect that it is clearly not the best and compare it to two other jet that can do said aspect extremely well. Then say “It can mean it is fine”. That cherry picking , not comparative

RWR* Something better than SPO-10 would be wonderful. Spo-15 isn’t the best because it can’t even detect fellow Mig-23s. A better radar would also be great.
They’re not a minor nation (like Israel/Japan/Italy), but not a major nation (like the US, Germany, or Russia). They fit in an inbetween nation, like France, Sweden, and China.
The whole point is, is that the British phantoms are worse than their US counterparts at the same BR. They either need to move down, or get a better armament.

The only vehicle near the bottom of our tree that I can think of is the Tornado F3 ( early) but should only move up with either a BOL overhaul or further reduction in MP.
Without either, its fine at 12.0.
Most others are over-BRed imo (Gr7, Gr4, Gr1, F3 Late, FA2 could all probably do with being 0.3 lower in their current state)

The FG1 is largely a sidegrade. I’d support removing the AIM-7Fs from F-4J, even to prove the point.
FG has a slightly superior RWR.
F-4J has a superior BVR missile.
FG series have superior engines.
F-4J probably has agile eagle that slightly lowers energy retention… this one’s preference probably.
So on and so forth.

Name a single undertiered UK vehicle
The only other plane that could be undertiered would be the Hornet. I think they have a higher alt air spawn than other interceptors(I’ve seen them spawning 1km+ away from me when I fly the Ki-83), and they will almost always have the altitude advantage over anything but a Ki-83.
There are vastly more overtiered planes than undertiered ones.

Yeah, if we include the hole tree, then there are a few others, maybe the Mk9 spits and purely from a decompression stand-point the Lightning F6 (though would need all-aspect red tops to move up)
But the vast majority are definetly either correctly placed or over BRed. You could probably count the under-BRed aircraft on a single hand

IMO, the issue with the Wyvern is not the performance, its actually pretty average for the BR bar the high ammo count for the 20mm. It just needs to loose its air-spawn
